To my surprise Interaflex sent me a bottle of 30days supplies of their product without asking my permission if I wanted extra and charging it to my Visa account for $74.98 . I am returning the product to the supplier and will get a refund for a product that I have not asked for. This is blanton bad marketing on Instalex company called Fulfillment Services 19134 95A Avenue Unit 7 &8 SyrreyBC V4N 4P2. Ref1 NG3 105885. Do not buy product without your permission.

Most health product scams depend on getting account information through offers of a "free trial" for "only shipping and handling", after which they cram on inflated charges as fast as they can under some "negative-option" automatic order plan.

Sir...I'm sorry to inform you, the BBB is not a government entity. They are practically useless in any complaint against any business. I won't go into details (plenty of info on line) of what (if any useful) function they serve. You would need to contact your credit card company or bank and ask them to dispute any 'unfair' charges. They should advocate, on your behalf, with the company in question to it's resolution. Also contact your Attorney General's office. Write a letter outlining the facts of the situation (leave emotion out) and send along copies of correspondence from credit card company or bank advocate. Good luck!

The instaflex joint support free sample that I used for a given period of time does not help me nor I feel anything better at all. Please send me RMA in order to send back the second shipment. Also please do not order anymore refill and refrain from using my credit cards in the future. Thanks

I order the sample that you had sent me and I could not see any results. I also took the 90day supply that you also sent and billed me for and no results. I received another bottle this morning that I am sending back unopened and would like to have the charges that you billed me for this order returned to my checking/credit account. I was promised by Instaflex a refund of the $74.98 they took from my account that I neither ordered or received. One week no action. NextWeek Jerry Brown, the California Attorney General will be notified. I think his office will be particularly responsive since he is a candidate for Governor. I am also collecting names who have claims against Instaflex for a class action look-see. contact my at mailboxestoo@gmail.com.
