I read yr comment about Instaflex. I have contacted the Attorney generals of the state of Texas and Utah plus my credit card co. charging them with making unauthorized charges against my credit card and deceptive advertising. That stuff is worthless. Just because they added a few natural herbs to Glucosamine doesn't make it a miracle drug.

I signed for what I thought was just a trial supply of Instaflex for $5. In doing so, I was inadvertently also signing up for an automatic monthly $74.98 shipment. Misleading perhaps, but it's my own fault for not paying attention to the order information. After I noticed the $74.98 charge to my Visa, I called Instaflex. I was given courteous treatment and an RMA number to use in returning the unopened package. I received the package and sent it back the next day along with a delivery confirmation form. Instaflex credited my Visa account for the $74.98 within a week. Whether Instaflex has more benefit than just plain glucosamine/MSM is a different issue, but they treated me fairly.

I got the sample for about $14 and i didnt even try it. then they used that against me and charged me $74 for a very small bottle i didnt even buy. THEN THEY SHIPPED ME 1 BOTTLE EACH MONTH FOR HALF A YEAR AND IT COST ME $470 DOLLARS.!!! THEN AFTER THAT I COULDNT EVEN GET A REFUND!!!!! IT IS A BIG SCAM DONT BUY IT. IT DOESNT EVEN WORK EITHER!!!!!!! WE SHOULD ALL GROUP TOGETHER AND BAN THIS COMPANY.
I completely agree! In Instaflex FAQ, they say that they will give a "complete refund." Which we all know is COMPLETELY BS! Instaflex needs to be banned for fraud charges towards people's cards and deceptive advertisement!

Don't believe a word anyone from Instaflex tells you, Richard (and all others reading this). They are nothing more than a scam from the get-go. The product doesn't work (and there have been many reports against Instaflex concerning the lack of performance of the product). Aside from the product being useless, their marketing scheme is designed to take people's money and never give it back. I've dealt with their call center reps several times in the course of trying to get my money back and they are rude, unhelpful automatons unable to make any decision on their own. Ask to speak to a supervisor above the level of the call center and suddenly that information is just not available. Never mind that I came up with the requested contact information in about five minutes of online searching...according to the call center reps, we consumers aren't allowed to speak to anyone beyond the confines of their building. Once I spoke with the "home office" I was at least able to get my money refunded...but it took quite a long, frustrating route to do so. They will hold onto your money with their teeth bared...no sense of customer service whatsoever.

In the purchase agreement it states by trying the sample, you agree to auto shipping every month. It also said if within 18 days of ordering the sample, you call in you can cancel the auto shipping. Otherwise not sure about your experience. I did not order because of the auto shipping. I am going to the GNC store and buy a bottle so I don't have to worry about the auto shipping arrangement or cancelation.

They will keep charging your card monthly even if you talk to their POOR "customer service" and tell them that you "cancel" all orders!
As long as they have your credit card number, THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING MONTHLY!
I guess the best thing to do is close your credit card account and get a new one, or go to the bank to tell them about unauthorized transactions. Hope this helps! I just don't want anyone else to get SCAMMED!
