Recieved an email stating wage garnishment unless i pay 412 dollars today it will be 14000dollars. They then proceed to list all my personal information including bank account and social via email. Provided no contact information except. Www.Aceonloan.online.

    Garnishments are NOT valid by email.
    It's a scam sent out by the thousands from overseas scammers.
    Block and then delete the email.

    I received same info on the 25 of this month and it is a scam stating my personal information and my job where do they get the info from and no contact number that's scary

    I received an email today and first of all it's saying my check will be garnished and I will go to Prison. Really, for a payday loan ? This is ridiculous and why do they list your employer, bank information and there was no phone number in the email for me to call someone. I don't have a problem making payments, but I do have a problem with threatening to send me to prison.  Not paying a payday loan back is a felony now ?

    I received the same email. I went to the website that was listed in the email and called the number under the contact tab and a foreign guy answered asking me if I wanted to resolve the matter. I stated that I needed more information first and then he proceeded to ask if he could call me back and 30 minutes and when I asked why he said he had another client. He never asked my name phone number or anything. But the email stated all of my personal information my bank account information my pull your my dress my social and my driver's license number. I've never heard of this company. Where do they get our information?

    I just received the same notice saying I was going to be arrested unless I pay 500.00 before.

    I received this email today as well and when I pressured the person on the other end of the email for all the information so I could file a police report they ended all communications.

    I got this email as well.  But when you look closely there were several errors in the email.  Multiple spelling errors as well as the font changes at one point.  I do not like how they have all my information. However my work phone number is not correct and there is no number to contact them back.   When I looked at the return email address.  No collection agency or attorney emails from a gmail!
    Total scam! There's a freeze on my credit so no one can apply for anything. I also called the police.  However they can not prosecute because it is likely overseas.
    These jerks are just flat out annoying.   I wish I knew who to report them to

    They have all my info too, my work , SS#, DL #, bank acct routing but Wrong acct #. And a Federal Notice To a Garnish my check, total scam. I'm not going to fall for this, these scammers should be eradicated from the face of the earth for preying on innocent  people. I'm blocking them.

    I received the same message..saying I have to settle a loan for 523.00 or garnish my wages..or jail..really in a email..I did have a number Logan brown..called and asked to send me a email of all the info do I can give it To my lawyer..he said ok Monday..good grief..

    I received an e-mail saying I'm being garnished and the court ordered my employer to take 50 percent of ny unearned wages unless I pay in full. They have all my personal info, my bank info and they told me to make a payment before I'm arrested cuz there is a warrant out for my arrest. I was told to contact officer Johnath by email only.

      It's a scam. I received the same. This is the US creditors can not arrest nor garnish your wages via an email. I have already reported them.  Sr officer Jonathan M, huh. Just hope not too many people take this seriously. Unfortunately some people will though.

        I just received this same e-mail. No contact phone number just the hours this Jonathan person is available.. it doesn't have any other info about me except a po box thankfully.

      This is crazy. I revive the same email too. Stating someone I owe money got awarded a settlement from me and I have to pay 1,423 or settle for 700. There's no number. It says I should only contact via email.

    I received the same. I have already reported them to a few websites to warn everyone out there. Only once have I ever had wage garnishment, legitimately, for a solar panel during my divorce. They had to hand deliver a notice for and needed my signature. I was young and didn't know any better. Point being, an email doesn't cut it. It's just a threat. Also, prison for a payday loan. I don't think so. Definitely a big scam!!

    I too received the same type email 2 days ago  Stating I owe 500.00 or they will garnish my paycheck and send for my arrest. They had in their email my bank name (which I closed a year ago), My social security and drive license numbers. So I replied back and asked for more information (such as business name, and phone number to contract this business company) and the email was from LOGAN BROWN. SENIOR ATTORNY OFFICER.  So now what to do?..... Email them or call the number I was provided and tell them I'll let my attorney handle this?. Confused and feeling this too is a scam. Please help.

    Mine said I had to pay $500 or I could go to jail...when I went to click the link it said it didn't work. It said I was getting that email because someone I owed was approved in court..wage garnishments..etc. Didn't have any contact info and was signed with Jonathan McNichols Sr. Officer. I never even took out a loan with these people. And it said I had a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay in full.

    I just got an email today that said I owed $500 and the total amount of the garnishment is $750.
