Recieved an email stating wage garnishment unless i pay 412 dollars today it will be 14000dollars. They then proceed to list all my personal information including bank account and social via email. Provided no contact information except. Www.Aceonloan.online.

    I just received the same email, I looked up the Dc number at the courts nothing then I search the web address and found this, I'm sure glad everyone has post reported or made others aware. I did find it strange that all this legal matter was taking place via email. Thanks everyone for the heads up

    I just relieved and email stating I owe 1400.00 and if I do t pay my wages will be garnished but left no info no number I know I don't owe anybody

    I just got email from these people stating that i owed for a loan and that i would have my wages garnished 30% as well as get arrested, Scared the Jesus of of me for a second. Thank you guys for sharing your stories so i know its a scam.

    I received an email today and first of all it's saying my check will be garnished and I will go to Prison. Really, for a payday loan ? This is ridiculous and why do they list your employer, bank information and there was no phone number in the email for me to call someone. I don't have a problem making payments, but I do have a problem with threatening to send me to prison plus paying the court cost.  But that i can contact them before I'm  arrested for a settlement.paying a payday loan back is a felony now ?

    I got the same email, totally freaked me out until I realized they had my social security number wrong, my mailing address wrong, and was using my maiden name...

    This letter is to notify you that we will precede your matter for Garnishment on your wages. This means that someone you owe money (WHO?) would be awarded a judgment from the court for payment of the debt. The court can order your employer to deduct 25-30% percent of your disposable earnings and make payment to the court on your behalf to recover your debt.
    Why am I receiving this notice?
    The United States, or (OR) a State Debt support enforcement agency, certifying its right to garnish your Federal benefits shall attach or include with a garnishment order the following Notice; Garnish wages owed to a Debtor after Small Claims Court would make an order that you owe money.     What is garnishment?

    Garnishment is a legal process that allows a creditor to remove funds from your [bank]/ [credit union] account to satisfy a debt that you have not paid. In other words, if you owe money to a person or company, they can obtain a court order directing your bank to take money out of your account to pay off your debt. If this happens, you cannot use that money in your account.

    The following applies to you:

    Before you are arrested:(OKAY THIS IS A GOOD ONE) ARRESTED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN - If you pay in full, or make a part-payment before you are arrested, the warrant will be recalled and amended. However, it will be immediately re-issued if the debt is not paid in full. (JOKE)
    When you know a warrant has been issued, you should E-mail us on to discuss your options.

    After you are arrested:- Once the warrant has been served, your only options are to serve the time in prison (THIS IS REALLY SOMETHING) or pay the debt (plus costs) in full at the Court house. (LETS GO TO THE COURTHOUSE SCAMMERS)
    IF YOU WANT TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER THAN IMMEDIATELY REPLY US THROUGH EMAIL(THROUGH EMAIL( NOW COME ON DON'T BE STUPID AND REPLY TO THIS EMAIL)   BETWEEN WORKING HOURS AND RESOLVE THE MATTER.

    today i recieve email about aceloan which i never had in my life. I know it a scam i owe 734 the talk about 1432 if i dont pay i will be going to prison. this is the second time got and has my social security on, I want to stop this because how our information been us it unfair and we dont have any privacy all. what is this country coming to.

    I receive a email from Logan brown stated if I don't pay by Friday 860.21 there are going to garnishment my wages and sent out a warrant for my arrest
