I wanted to let everyone know that this company is ran and owned from the same owner as Premiere Whos Who and Pinnacle Publishing they charge customers from one company to another. All along the customers believe they are dealing with three different companies when in fact they are dealing with one. Dont let them get you too...

    So glad I came across this page while I was checking into Ashford Radio! I have to side with you, Exec. Coach - when I am invited to be on the radio, I certainly never have to pay - on the contrary, I am usually  the one GETTING paid! If it sounds like fraud, looks like fraud, quacks like fraud....!! They said they would call me back in the morning - I will certainly have a little fun with them on the phone tomorrow! Good luck all!

      After reading all these posts, it is obvious that "anon" is someone with an ax to grind. talking about 'baby mamas " and 'lesbian lovers" are you in high schoo if not grow up. When it comes to advertising , radio, videos. email campaigns etc. it is always a risk. Reall business people know this. It is whiny people who if they do the radio show and don't make money for thier businesses try to get their money back claiming 'fraud' it is nothing more than sour grapes.
      LETS SAY YOU BUY A 30 SECOND COMMERCIAL SPOT DURING THE SUPERBOWL FOR 2 MILLION DOLLARS, BUT THE GAME IS A BLOWOUT LESS PEOPLE ARE WATCHING YOU DON'T SEE ANY SALES FROM IT, DID YOU GET SCAMMED BY THE NFL OR CBS. I DONT THINK SO.

      PEOPLE OUT THERE, IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO ADVERTISE THEN DONT NO ONE PUTS A GUN TO YOUR HEAD, ASHFORD RADIO OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.

        Joseph your 100% right. People stop crying the word FRAUD or SCAM. Did Ashford steal your idenity or forge your signature or sell your credit card info tho street gangs I don't think so. You were sold an advertising campaign and those who didn't get a return on their money, are trying to weasal their way for a refund. I looked on their website they do over 50 radio shows a week how come there isn't hundreds of people or thousands for that matter claiming fraud, its only a handful od crybabies who probaly didn't get results because there business suck anyway, doesnt matter if a million people heard there radio show. and the executive coach blogging that he will have fun with the sales person if they call you back, what does that make you trying to screw with a guy who is trying to make aliving to feed his family, a piece of garbage in my book.

          There was no "advertising campaign" of any substance. There was nothing. National ratings that NEVER EXISTED were fed to the guy on the phone. People were lied to. Felony. End of story.

      Here we go again you usually get paid SURE and chickens have lips, I am pretty sure you have never gotten a check for a radio interview . I will bet you have never been ask to do a radio interview. Ashford simply offers a format for people to get their message out if was so horrible why would people do more than 1 show. In fact some people have done dozens of shows, you can fool someone once but who in their right mind would pay for a service over and over, unless they like it.

    You that side with Who's Who, Jeff Burton (criminal) and any associate, Ashford, etc...are major morons, and full of feces. It is a scam, it is criminal. Jeff Burton is a scam artist, criminal and so much more. The horror stories you read on these criminals are true. Amazing I can not locate Jeff Burton for him to pay his outstanding bill...Go figure...

      The owner in question not only owns mulitiply companies but kicked off his criminal career in Dallas Texas November 23 rd 1963 when he conspired with Sam "Mo Mo Gianicana and the Mcguire sisters to murder J.F.K . The infamous grassy knoll you heard of it guess who was in the shadows and fired the fatal shot. WELL IT HAS TO BE TRUE BECAUSE I READ ABOUT IT ON THE INTERNET,
      ANYONE CAN WRITE ANYTHING WHETHER ITS TRUE OR COMPLETLEY RIDICULOUS.

    Did anyone here ever have to deal with Sandra Smitty?  She is allegedly their General Manager. The woman sounds like a street girl in the movie New Jack City Hustler. I just got word that her real name is Maylene Then and she is indeed the Convicted Felon (Jeff Burton) who runs the place girl friend and mother of one of his children.  Please beware of this group of convicted felons using aliases on the phone to scam you out of your money. There is a class action suit being put together with approximately 15-20 of their disgruntled clients. This company promises to move mountains for their clients with no contract and takes tens of thousands and in some cases hundreds of thousands without giving the client one result. Beware of this group of vipers. Their time is surely running out.

      Maylein is a 26 year old non educated woman..With 3 children and the first two lives with relatives and the oldiest neing 9 or 10.. And they dont even like her, when they call the office they call her by her first name..Never graduated from high school, a former hoe that Jeff Burton picked up while she was working at Boston Market...Thanks to Jose the truth comes out!

    Ashford Radio, social media is an absolute scam. I have just found out that they all use fake names to scam people out of money.  John Broxton is really James Mcinerney (Felon)  Frank Madden is really Frank Passarella (Felon) and Sandra Smitty is really Maylene Then. Jeff Burton the owner is also a convicted felon and scam artist who owned a bunch of scam Who's who companies.

    They claim that Millions are listening throughout the world, however, no one is listening at any time. This company will work with you until your money runs out, and then "Poof" you realize that you achieved nothing what so ever, and they will never take your call. I am disgusted by these people.

      A successful con will operate as a legitimate business and scam the most vulnerable clients.  My parents are elderly people who fall in the latter category and were scammed for an enormous amount of their retirement.  To those posting here who have had a positive experience with Ashford, I'm happy for you.  But don't assume all clients have had the same experience.

      To give a real life example, here are the charges that were charged to my parent's credit cards.  The story is a long one that I won't explain here, but most of these charges were charged without my parent's knowledge and they had no idea why they were charged.  The bank's attorneys were alerted as were their fraud division.  The bank informed my parents that they will file a complaint with the State Attorney General and that they found out that Ashford has received many complaints already.  How they continue to operate is beyond me!

      I'll say it again, just because *you* had a positive experience with them doesn't mean others will also.  Those involved in Ashford are experienced scam artists.

      Here are the amounts charged to my parent's credit cards not just by Ashford but their associated businesses.  All my parents received was a basic Web site and a few "radio" shows.  They never received any response from this media exposure and it never resulted in any increase in business.

        Oh my gosh!  I cannot believe I am reading these charges that were given to your parents.  This looks sooo familiar.  I just finished reviewing similar charges that were on my parents visa.  My brother and I just 'sick' over this.  Our parents are in their 80's and where we thought this was finished last summer, I just heard about another 9thousand dollar charge to them because they want to close out the website.   Are you aware of any details regarding a class action suit?  Is there one?  And if there is I am wondering if my parents can be a part of that. I am currently waiting to hear from a friend of mine who is a lawyer about any direction that we can take to help my parents.  What kind of sick individuals would prey on the elderly like this!

          Call your parents credit card company and tell them to cancel. Ashford is flagged because of so many complaints, so the credit card company will automatically freeze ashfords account and most likely your parents will get their money back within 30 days. Write complaints about these [***] on the BBB and spread the word.

      Unfortunately, it's a business account, so they weren't able to get their money back from either credit card company.  They had to pay out-of-pocket for the full cost of Ashford's charges.  They completely robbed my parents and got away with it.  They're cooks.  We're all disgusted that things like this can actually happen.  Pathetic!

      not only was i happy with the experience i had with the people there but the executive producer that i worked with was named william and ladies, let me tell you, he is just the cream in my coffee, if you know what i mean! he was personable, helpful and honest. and incase i didn't mention before, he was hands down one of the most handsome men i have ever had the pleasure of meeting! i am very thankful for all his help and patience. he really made this old lady's dream come true.... thank you william

      All I see is a bunch of whiners god forbid someone calls their office during business hours with a business proposal. Ashford simply offers a service for people to get a message out or to market themselves on internet radio. They also supply a professional radio host and write a press release for a reasonable fee. Guess what ,people like it or they would not still be doing it. In fact  once they do one show they enjoy so much they end up booking many more. A scam is someone who takes your money and delivers nothing. Ashford Radio sells a service most like it but it is not for everyone. If you can't pay your bills its probaly not for you. If you have some extra money and have something to promote it offers you a professional format and the option to display your radio interview on your website and for people to find it when the do an internet search on you. Ashford also offers professional videos, websites and other services including sending some of their recorded interviews to AM/FM stations through out the country. I am so sick of reading about these whiners who ge upset when someone gives them a sales pitch. Or other people who do 1 radio interview for a few hundred bucks and expect their lives to change..GROW UP. Companies who hire sales reps and charge you for a service does not make them a scam its just a profitable business who employees dozens of people. Just because its not for you doesnt make it wrong.

        Ashford's radio platform is on BLOGTALKRADIO.COM. Anyone can have a radio show on blog talk for absolutely free. Ashford claims that they have an audience that is over 10 million worldwide, however, you can easily expose their deception by checking the amount of people that logged into the show while you were on and after. BlogTalk is an internet base "Radio show" you can only listen to it on the internet. When someone logs onto the show their IP address is registered. So, you can easily find out how many people were listening by checking how many IP's logged on. Ashford's shows consistently have an average of 1-2% ranking because NO ONE knows they even exist. The only reason the show registers 1-2% is because the scumbags at Ashford have a employee log onto the show and sometimes they will even conduct a fake call in. It is always some dumb Ashford employee who calls in with a ridiculous question.  There PRESS RELEASES filled with grammatical errors are nothing more then a landing page that NO ONE KNOWS EXISTS.  Take a good look at those press releases and come back and tell me a 4th grader could not of created that. The sales people their make all the promises in the world about what kind of promotion they will do for them and how successful their poor customers are going to be.  One of the biggest scumbags in that company is Frank Madden, who's real name is Fran Passarella, who happens to be a two time felon.  He promises his clients that he will create YOUTUBE videos that will get 150,000 views in a month.  Meanwhile, all you have to do is go to their page and check the videos they created from over a year ago and some don't even have 10 views. These guys make guarantees verbally over the phone and then they get you on a audio tape agreeing to come on a fake show, not mentioning the services that were promised verbally. Then their admin department will call you DAY and NIGH to get you to sign a document that says you can't get your money back no matter what. They offer no CONTRACT, NO LITERATURE, NOTHING!    They take advantage of senior citizens and they ALL use aliases on the phone.    They create a simple landing page that costs about $100.00 if that even and charge $7500 and beyond for a simple page with no functionality what so ever.   They charged some poor woman 15,000.00 to put her book on ebooks. She could of went to ebooks herself and did it for a few hundred dollars. These guys are the biggest scum on top of pond scum and I hope someone will find these complaint pages and save their bank accounts. These scam artists need to be reported to the BBB and the DA in NY and the Attorney General. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!

          What did I lie about [***]. I just simply explained what the services really are. It is  an internet radio show hosted by outstanding radio personalities. People are happy to pay to have a platform to get there message out. Ashford Radio NEVER CLAIMED TO HAVE MILLIONS OF LISTENERS. there are millions of listeners on internet radio it is a growing medium. YOU SOUND LIKE SOMEONE WHO GOT BOOTED FROM THE FIRM HAVE FUN ON THE UNEMPLOYMENT LINE.

            I would never take a job where I would have to read a script, period, and I certanly would not work for any company that deliberately misleads and steals from their clients/customers. I hope to hear that all of you Ashford employees will be standing on the unemploymeny line real soon. ;)
