Be Found Marketing (www.befoundmarketing.com) is just another scam.  The company is owned by Ray Kooenga and Charles Lloyd.  Ray Kooenga has been convicted of burglary in Oregon and California and Charles Lloyd received a judgement from the FTC for fraud. You can find out more here.

    Ray Kooenga is one of the partners in Be Found Marketing.  He and his partner Charles Lloyd have been doing Internet scams for years.  I have shut down their previous business for they fraud they commit.

    According to public records, Ray Kooenga has been arrested for burglary, posession of burglary tools, possession of stolen goods, posession of an opium pipe, DUI’s, speeding, ect.  All of this is available through public records.

    Your past is just the trend to the future.  For the past 10 years you've been scamming people and you continue to do so.  This is clearly stated in these blogs outlining all the fraud you've committed up to now and now!  The number of business names for your past failed businesses are staggering.  You just keep changing your company names and moving on hurting innocent business owners that believed your story.  You are scum.  

    Then you cheat incessantly on your wife in every business that you run.  Worse yet, you're always broke due to poor business skills and spending on drugs, alcohol, and women, most who are employees hoping to keep their job! All this while your wife raises 2 young boys at home in near poverty.  You are scum.

    Grow a set!

    Charles  Lloyd is a scammer
    At the end of the day Charles Lloyd will end up alone. He has already crushed his wife and will ruin his kids just like he ruins the lives of those who worked for him. Not to mention the trusting clients he scammed. He deserves the same fate as Sadam Hussain. Just pray for his little children that they do NOT repeat his actions.

    For over a year now there are two to three companys that this company has done seo's for and there numbers that are on there web sites are forwarded to my number for a buisness in key west.  The two buisnesses are MIAMI PLUMBING 0r www.miamiplumbing.net 305-520-9992 and a company called Miami LIMOSine 305-537-6992 when you dial these numbers and there is one more that rings my number in Key West what a rip off for the buisnesses that are paying for this because this has been going on for close to a year now and I recieve 4 to 5 phone calls a day looking for a plumber or a ride.  I have linked this problem back to this company and have left several phone calls and my phone number many time and have never recieved a call back so this leads me to believe that this is a scam and a bad buisness to deal with.  Coral Gables limo service is anouther company that I resieve phone calls for.  Imagine what a pain in the you no what it must be for me to have to answer the phone 4 to 6 times a day only to tell the customers on the other line that these companys ddont exist and that Be Found Marketing is resposable for the scam  I belive that if this company were a real buisness my phone calls would be answered and my problem would be corrected.  So Charles Lloyd I sugest you get you head out of your you no what and get this taken care of or I will continue to fill complaints with any and all complaint Web sites that I can.  You can reach me at any of the numbers above and I have left my number on your phones many times over the last week, this is not a pesonal attack based on false info this is fact, based on a consumer that is tired of recieving phone calls from other companys that arn't mine.  While writing this complaint I have recieved 2 phone calls for Miami Plumbing what apain in the you no what.

    Charles I would like to believe the good in man not the negative, You and I spoke about three weeks ago about MHSouth.com You appologize for Steve and wanted to make my site a winner and if it did you would make $$. You asked that I send you pictures and key words- I did- you were going to change the bad phone numbers and send me all the back office info so if you get hit by a bus I could keep my site going (nothing) I paid for it so you agreed it is mine. Since that call I have recieved nothing so I say again "what am I to beleve". I have got business I believe we could get this site humming do business and based on 10% profit you could make a buck or two off of the sucess of the site. You might be to busy for me or you might be hidding I will leave it all up to you.

    Someone sounds very upset, but no where close to credible.  The person writing all of these posts obviously has a grudge and possible mental instability.  I would imagine that if it was anything other than a personal attack (such as being a customer of Be Found), then there might be complaints about there service.

    This entire set of disgusting accusations shows the extent to which some people will lower themselves to exact some form of demented revenge.  However, it is entertaining to see what outlandish story is coming next.

    I talk to Mr. Charles and he assure me lots of business for my limo company.  I pay lot of dollar and nothing happen.  He tell me he get me many phone calls on Google Places.  I pay and pay and nothing.  Not single phone call. Nothing!!  This Mr. Charles Lloyd rip me off!  When I call he not take my messages or his company Befound Marketing don't take calls.    

    I find many problems after I discover that this company can't do what they say.  Mr. Charles and his partner Ray Kooyenga have had many run-ins with law and both partners have criminal records, drugs, FTC fraud, burgurly, and many many scam companies shut down by the law.  

    Thief, fraud, scam.

    Next time I do research.  You should too.

    Anyone at all care to state their name to back up these claims?  Didn't think so.  That's the world we live in.  One person can write anything they want anonymously to try to maliciously destroy the reputation of another - with no facts or accountability.

    Many companies like this, in many cases, refuse to have customers read over the refund, general contract and legal agreements before they sign a customer up and charge their credit card. The sales person, in these cases, fills out the online form that shows these agreements and never shows them to the client, until they wish to cancel.

    If you never saw a contract before signing up, never signed a contract and have a reasonable belief that you have been ripped off, just chargeback, explain the situation to your creditcard company and they will side with you. If the company failed to explain the refund/cancellation policy and/or you never saw a contract (because the salesperson filled the information out for you online {this is the information the company will send to the credit card company in their defense}) and you never signed a contract either physically or digitally, then you will win 100% of the time.

    The FTC has a guide for many scams and if you feel they fall within the guidelines the FTC provides for a telemarketing or other scam, you could report them. Here is a link that explains what the FTC sees as a telemerketing scam.

    If you feel like you have been taken advantage of by misleading sales tactics, you could inform your creditcard company and file a complaint with the FTC. http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0341-file-complaint-ftc and or file with the BBB as well.
