brother received a call showing private number so let go to voicemail - message stating my name and gave a case number so my brother called me asking if I knew anything about. I do not so I called the number it left 877-430-2661 and they claimed to be a law firm main office in California but they do not make calls from there so I had to give all my info so they could direct me to the correct place. I refused and asked their name and it was mumbled then they hung up. I then goggled the name the best I could make out and the phone number and was lead to others stating same thing has happened and is a scam / fraud.

For example, look at this BS. What does "intellectual property" have to do with debt collection, or anything else? What does it even say? Did they just copy this from some other website, without knowing what it meant?

"Julia Penson" was told my attorney will handle this, she wanted to know if she could talk to him now. It's 7pm here and she said it was 3:30 in California "normal business hours"
They even went as far as having "National Document Delivery" knock on my door.
I will be contacting the State Attorney Generals office in Cali tomorrow.

All with similar websites designed to create a similar "image", and links to the Murrietta CA Postal Annex address. BBB complaint response tied to one claims they're registered with CA SoS as "TCF and Associates".
