Unautorised Funds Debited from my Debit Card

I have just checked by Bank acccount with ICICI Bank , India , here was a auto debit of INR 637 on 10/09/2013 by Digital Riv 170852/0 , were neigther me or Bank knows about this . I want to know it is any purchase or Charges , if any mistake kindly reverse the same. OR clerify me.

    I have face same problem i have a ICICI Bank account and there is some Unauthorized transaction of INR 6510.23 and the merchant Name is showing in this transaction is Digital Riv and no one known about this neither me or ICICI bank and the transaction location is showing "Luxembourg" but fact is i never going there and i don't have any passport. ICICI Bank customer care person say this transaction is done by debit card swipe in location Luxembourg.

    After blocked my debit card and internet banking i withdraw all the amount from my bank account and file the report for this by ICICI Bank and customer care please help me to how i get back this amount from merchant and how this is possible my debit card is swipe in this location bank person say this is the case of debit card cloning and they face same problem with another customer please help me

      I'm Sandeep and same [***] happened with me, Rs 1000, though.

      I spoke with the bank rep and wanted to know what actions they took on your complaint which was raised 3 bank earlier but they said that they won't give that information to me. Though there wasn't anything I was asking about your bank account. I just wanted to know that did they take any actions regarding that merchant... but then they hung up on me.. Could you please let me know if you heard back anything on this.. or what was the outcome?

      this must be adobe charges (software).. do you any application tht you use which is paid?

    Same this happened with me too... Though the transaction cost was Rs.1000
    Transaction ID; VIN/DIGITAL RIV
    I asked bank the bank rep (the supervisor KARAN) that what actions did ICICI back take on the complaint raised by Ajay singh and the rep said: "we can't give you other person's bank details." This is ridiculous.. Isn't.. All I asked what did ICICI bank do again Digital RIV when there are dozens of people (on other forums too) report about the same issue? He didn't give me any info. I'm sure the bank didn't do nothing.... since they don't care about their customers... Later when I asked the Supervisor KARAN to check with his seniors he hung up on me. Holy ***t... these people are crap.

    what the hell is Digital RIV? its not about money but how can it take the money directly from the most powerful bank in India. Crazy [***], ICICI Bank should investigate this for sure

    The same case happened vth me today ..i was stunned for some time whn i got this debited msg from icici by digital riv  of rs 1933...icici bank need to take some action against them

    What can I say ?? same thing is happened to me today.....

    My account was debited INR 1499 was shoked to see my account was debited.
    Have blovked my card & account...
    Defenitely ICICI bank needs to take action??

    Yesterday i have  received a sms from my registered mobile saying that your account has been debited RS 664.51 against VIN*Digital RIV on 03/08/2015 @ 2:23 PM during that time i had not made any transaction. Since without getting my authorization (PIN no, OTP, and CVV no) how the transaction had been mad, so hereafter don't do any transaction through ICICI Bank Debit card. There is no response from the ICICI bank customer care, after this incident I have blocked all the cards pertaining to ICICI bank. Without their support the scam will not be carried out.

    Same happened with me thrice. I'm trying to see the pattern on why we all are getting charged. 1 doubt is iTunes. Are you all using iPhone or have used iPhones before and have an active iTunes account?

    I just had a similar fraud transaction on my ICICI debit card for an amount of INR5988 with VIN*DIGITAL RIV listed as a vendor.  I did not make any purchase online and this was a clear case of fraud. Looks like this is a systematic fraud being perpetrated!

    The vendor "VIN*DIGITAL RIV" traces to Digital River Ireland (Twitter ID @DigitalRiverPay)

    Bank can do little to refund the money. I think that is good as gone. However since there are so many complaints, ICICI and other banks should work with RBI to blacklist this payment provider.

      I had the same thing happen to me just now. I was confused for a bit. I dug through a bit deeper and realised that I had subscribed to the Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year, prepaid)‎ from ADOBE which amounts to INR 5988 per year. The plan was in auto renewal so it was just renewing the plan.

      Digital River Ireland Ltd. is the authorised reseller and merchant of the products and services offered within the adobe store.
