I started recieving calls from this low life people and telling me i owed money from a payday loan.I blocked their number and now they using private number so they can call me.What a idiot people.This lady leave a voice mail and frightening me.She said she will investigate me if i wont call them back within 2 hours.Investigate me for what? They are not FBI..I never done any against the law.They are very annoying..BEWARE!!!

    Hello I have been harassed by NCS offices phone number 1-877-917-4859 and ended up paying them a lot of money for my payday advances I did get and owed but they were rude and threating to me so I paid but never got nothing in the mail or by e-mail so I think I lost money to them and my debts did not get paid.

    Hi I have been a victim of this same scam at first I didn't believe it was a scam because I've never been in trouble with the law before so when they threatened me that they was going to take me to court and I've already missed the first court date that I could be in a lot of trouble. So I got scared and gave them my information. Until today something strange happened and it threw a red flag. The payment that I tried to get canceled they processed it and the payment that I wanted to go through never took it. So I went to an attorney office today let them listen to the messages also gave them the numbers they gave me because when they called it showed up unavailable. It was shocking to me to be told that I was just scammed on they weren't real. So I took it further and I got a police report done and letting the authorities handle them. I'm tired of all the threats and aggravation from them I hope for all of us justice is served.

    I have also been getting harassing calls from these rude people from ncs.With the following numbers 1877 919 8549 /1877 919 4950.  They have also contacted my family members. Threatening to have me arrested. I have final complaints. Waiting to see what happens. These people are crazy. But they can call until it rains unicorns I am not given them I dam dime.

    I got a call from 1 877 280 2449...well they called my minor son's cell phone...it is legal to harass a minor. But I talked to them this morning and they threatened me with jail...and then hung on me. And then proceeded to call back and harass me..Monica Davis....saying if I pay 100.90 today I can be saved from jail.

    On my day off, my daughter calls me upset saying someone from an unknown number calls her and left a phone number and a file number stating someone filed a complaint against me. I called and spoke to ASHLEY and told her someone else tried to pull this same SCAM on me earlier this year. She says " this is not a scam Westgate Group filed a complaint against you". I told her I never heard of Westegate Group and I don't need a payday loan. I get loans from my Credit Union with no problems. She claim they sent paperwork to me employer and it was returned. I asked " why didn't I get paperwork" no response. I hung up. I called back and talked to Brittany told her both calls were recorded and not to contact me or my so called references again unless it's via mail and hung up my phone. It's so funny because Good Morning America was just talking about the same thing just this AM. Collectors that had scammed people out of money. NOT MY MONEY.

    Someone from NCS called my daughter at school asking for me!  Saying I took out a loan with gateway holding in the amount  $300 and that the payback amount is $782.40,  I don't understand how did they get my Checking account number!!  Now that's scary!!

    A lady called from this number and left a message on my house phone and cell phone,saying that I have 3 fraudulent cases against me and that they are going to serve me with papers for fraud if I or my lawyer don't call them back asap. I have done nothing fraudulant.. They also called my step-daughter's parents in law and gave them the same song and dance.. But get this, they didn't even call my own mother!!  This should be against the law!!!!!

    They called both my parents and myself. They have threatened to come to my house. I believe it to be a scam but it's still frightening to say the least.

    These ignorant morans have called my husband and I onseveral occasions looking for his ex wife. When I called them and told them I don't talk to her and to take me off the list, the dumb broad on the other end says "it doesn't happen like that sweetie, as much as you want it to it doesn't" and then proceeded to hang up on me. If my husband or I recieve another message from these people i'm gonna sue. Discusting retched people

    They are a Scam... they called my work.... proceeded to tell me that I owed a debt from 2009 and that they had tried to contact me many times (which they had not) .I kept asking for their company name she kept interrupting me, etc.  She finally told me NCS. I remember hearing about them in the news  She told me they were in the final "stages" and I asked her the final stages of what?
    I then hung up.  (When I called her back..I blocked my number and she answered the phone like a house phone.  Do NOT let these people scare you...... they are NOT Legit!

    I recently got a call from NCS offices saying that they need to reach me about a filed complaint against me. The lady is Stephanie Brooks and the number is 877)356-9396. I have not returned their calls because I know that someone who has filed a complaint against you will first reach you by mail. It is very easy for this scammers to reach you by phone because your information can be easily accessed online. I hope no one else falls victims to people who have nothing better to do but create insecurity and worry in other peoples lives.

    I have also started receiving calls from NCS. The first one was on 10/9/15 on both my cell & work phone, stating there was a judgement against my social security number . Then again today I have received 3 calls. There was a message left on my work phone to call 877-824-8776. The first number they called from was 877-356-9396 & the womans name Piper Wilkens. I was scammed in the past by one of these low lifes. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice--ain' happening.

    I have been receiving calls from Gateway Holding LLC.tn 866 236-9805,866 231-4943,866 232-5369, 1st call was from David Boyd, 2nd call was Leonard Thomas, 3rd call was Laura. They have been harassing me since Wednesday of this week. Stating that I have a loan with them.they provided me with the last four digits of an old account of which I had.They knew the bank of which I banked with.David told me that I had an account with them. I had explained to them that I hadn't had an online loan report than stated it was sold to them. That they have been trying to reach me by sending me certified letter,email, and calls. I informed the David no one has contacted and That I do not owe anything. David proceeded to tell me if I give the $300 today I could avoid going to court which will result in me going to jail for check fraud,it will a felony on my record, and I will be more than the $300 of which I can pay today to settle. I proceed to ask the what is the account number.who was the original loan company, when did I apply for the loan. He gets upset with me and tell me he will see me in court. I said that is fine. So I googled them and found out it was a scam. Yesterday Leonard called I informed him if he called me again with this scam I will be reporting them to authorities and suing if possible. Laura calls to speak with my husband, she was trying to get him to pay my supposedly debit. I told him to tell her to go run that scam on someone else. She states she is real and this is no joking matter. She placed him on hold for a minute. When she came back he read her all the complaints about the scam. She ended the call by tell him. He should have paid the balance now my freedom is on the line. He said I've recorded this call now I am getting the authorities involved. She states they are on the way to arrest me now. He said fine. She said just pay us the money. He picked up his cell phone made like he was calling the police. She said are you speaking with the police? He states yes, she ended the call.please beware of these scammers.

    I was called by NCA Ashley Brown 901-203-0802 last month and again today regarding a "payday loan" which I hadn't done. She claim gateway holdings is the client and they're trying to collect $465, and that I need to pay the money before they file charges for check fraud. She gave information of an OLD job and my former address of which I no longer work or live. So for her to assume I still live and work at those OLD places, she grabbing for apples. Then the calls continued everyday last month and they're starting again this month. But now, they're polking at an ANGRY Bear that's gonna give them an ear full. What made me angry is how they threatened me with court and jail when I know they don't have any authority to do so. What further let's me know they're scammers, is the back to back calls and desperation.

    Call came from 714-461-0298. Caller left multiple messages threatening legal action. Called my wife, my adult children. They even called an ex girlfriend I haven't spoken to in more than 25 years. Claimed that a "process server" went to my home and was unable to "serve" me there. I called the number they left. They tried to get me to verify my address and social security number. Nope. Sorry scammer. I gave them the address of the local police station and they hung up on me. Reported to the FTC and Nevada Attorney General.
