i m 1 of ur customer from m.p. n my complaint is regarding to my idea prepaid account. 0n 21-6-2010 i check my bal. which was at that time is around 20 rupees n on the next of it in noon it reach up to direct 4 rupees. even i didn't call anyone so long. so how could it happen still don't know. even i went to my nearest idea cust offic n they also don't have any specific reason for it.i want my balnc. back. STOP ALL THIS NONSENSE. EVEN U R NOT PROVIDING ANY GUD FACILITIES TO THE M.Pians.
