Hi my Name is Rahul, i want to make a complaint regarding to sudden deducted balance from account.... today (17 Aug 2010) in the morning i recharged my no by @50, got bal @43. i recharged my account @18 sms pack by dialing *150*18#... 43-18=25 here after i did not make any calls, and checked my balance... it was @6, i don't know why and where it been deducted.. this is the big issue, but you don't know what is the biggest than this... promptly i called up in the customer care, and she picked me up..(Salma) Salma:aap ka naam.. i:Rahul.. Salma:apna no batayiye.. i:given.. Salma:aap ko 2 Mins hold pe rahna padega, tabhi main aap ko koi jaankari de sakti hun....
you can hear this call if you have all details... first question: is this a way to talking with a customer? don't idea have any rules and regulations?
Again i called up in the customer care and talked with Ranjit... again he talked to me with same manner and disconnect the call...
the 3rd time i called and talked with Seema...She was good somewhere but at the same time she also did not provid me currect infomation.. i just asked her that can you provide me mail id, where i can make a complaint against to your executives... she simply denied and told "2 Min line par rahe, main senior se puch kar aap ko mail id deti hun...
is this the your idea, which chnage our life..
i just want to know that what rubbish service are you providing to your cutomers...
ok...now i am going to make a complaint in the TRAI against to Idea and your customer care executives...
i am not able to understand that what are they (Ur CCE)? are they God? Why they never talk with God manner? why they put us on hold, without knowing and understanding issue? why they put us on hold for a long while? why don't they use complete procesure? why they don't use proper way? why they don't transfer customer's call to their supervisor?
Now i am using your this idea connection since last 4-5 year, i faced many problem but i never told you, but now its too much.

i have change my number airtel to idea for portability it change for feb 1 2011..... but the plane value change for after 6 months what reason customer care is not respond my call.... my number 9629827929... they were not respond against i will change my number another network....

I would like to inform you that a miss call came on our mobile no.9911409458 from out of country idea cellular +23222288309 on date 09.09.2011 9:00am, then i did call to it's no. but no response give me it's no.total call duration 20sec only and prepaid balance Detected 50 rupees in my account. so however happened by idea. i m idea customer only india, 1.why idea customer care doing misscall from other country? 2.What showing idea (Aditya Birla group) poorness ? 3.this is fraud type take the money with customer? 4.this is court case in under 420 by human right.
I m very harassment by idea cellular with this matter. Kindly give me refund in my prepaid account,otherwise i will case in the court. Please do the needful,i do appreciated with you and lokking your kind cooperation.
We are facing a very big problem about mobile Recharge. No one Shopkeeper provide us idea recharge here.kindly start your authorize shop in "Boisar" (Tarapur MIDC) For mobile recharge.

Its horrible using idea... I get upto 20 calls daily frm idea customer care...which is indeed terrible. They activate unwanted plans on my phone nd cut my balance... This is awful..

hello sir, i called the customer care for the reason of having my own dialr tone,but the executive said that there is no option like that,in said ok and she asked whether i need any other dialer tone.i said no and the coversation ended.after that in the evenig they detected 45 rs from my account automatically and they fixed a dialer tone for me with out my concern.I called the customer care they didnt pick the phone for 8 hrs and after that they picked the phone and said that they can only deactivate the tone and cannot refund my money .This is like exploiting the customer.If somebody else have the same problem like me,pls complain.Dont be idle.Idea is exploiting all of us .What am telling is dont be calm,just question abt this.
