Better Homes & Gardens continues to send me books after having asked them not to do this.  I agree that the bookhelp@cdsfulfillment.com is a bogus email. I'm returning the book and once again ask them NEVER to send me another. They provide no phone number or working email address; what kind of business does that?

    There are other consumer complaints of the same problem.

    Are they sending you bills, or charging your checking account or credit card for the books?
    If so, you are dealing with a fraudulent "order" cramming scam.
    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.

    I never ordered this book.  I tried your email and there is no such email!  Shame on you  "Better Homes & Gardens".  Get me off any future shipments.  I don't want any of your books!  I won't ever subscribe to "Better Homes..."  either.  You have NO phone number for me to talk to anyone directly.  I don't have the time or patience to return this book.  You did not send a return label so I guess I have to pay to return this book.  No thanks.  Please send the return label and I'll return it when and if I have the time.  If you send any more books, I'll just throw them in the trash and forget about it.

      Never had a subscription with Better Homes & Garden. But it just has been sent free to me  for years without a subcritption!  I don't want a digital magazine either. I do it have a account with them. Take me off your list. Your email address does not exist when searched.

    I did not order this book. I attempted to contact the sender, and no phone number was listed. Derictory assistance stated that no such number or name is listed. I refuse to pay return postage. If I do not recieve a post paid return label within thirty days, I will discard the book and also discard any additional books that are sent to me without my approval.

      you have no obligation to do anything at all with any unordered merchandise sent to you.  
      It is legally a "gift", since to bill you for it would be mail fraud.

      Putting barriers in the way of reversing faked "transactions", such as by providing invalid phone numbers or return addresses, are tactics consistent with fraudulent cramming scams.  File a complaint with the US Postal Inspector to report the unsolicited package receipt.

      In case they might have obtained your account information somehow, make sure they do not charge your credit card or bank account without your authorization.  If they do, file a fraud dispute through your bank to recover your money, then block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud.

      Report all fraud attempts to FTC and your state Attorney General, including the specific details designed into the scam.

    I called the company, they gave a phone number for Meredith Books.  I called them, told them the problem and they said they would fix it.  The number is 800/826-4707,  Try it.

    I didn't order this book and have no wish to pay for it, and will not pay to send it back. If you want it, you must send a free postage address sticker. I would be glad to return it then.

    I also have asked to not receive any books which I have not ordered. I have sent two books back in the past 6 months. I have also wrote a letter to be taken off their mailing list and still continue to receive books. What else can I do.

    I called 800 826-4707 a very polite lady said I must pay for book or pay postage back. I said no I'm not paying for postage for a book In did not order or do not want.  She said that was the only way. She told me to have a nice day and hung up. I will store book for awhile but will not pay for something I did not order. J turner Oklahoma

    I received the Christmas from the Heart... I did not order the book, I do not want the book, I need to know how to send it back...  They said on the invoice that they will send more...  I do not want any more books from Meredith Books, Home and Garden or any one...
