Better Homes & Gardens continues to send me books after having asked them not to do this.  I agree that the bookhelp@cdsfulfillment.com is a bogus email. I'm returning the book and once again ask them NEVER to send me another. They provide no phone number or working email address; what kind of business does that?

    Do not want the book nor did I order it.  I am not paying for the return postage.  If you want your book back send me the money
    for the return postage.  Do not send me any more books and remove me from your mailing list. Acct#10024653445. If any more books arrive I will assume they are gifts like this one.

    Do not open box
    Simply write return to sender on box
    place in mailbox or post office
    Or trash it or keep it and ignore Billings
    You didn’t solicit or order it so you don’t have to pay

    I was able to get supposedly the customer service phone number
    A person with heavy Muslim accent wanted my phone number and model of my phone NOT the BHG account number before he would assist me. I asked him why he needed that info and he got rude and said I have to cooperate or he would hang up. I asked for his manager and he said I had to give my phone info before he could transfer and said I’m not the person being billed for the two books. He hung up. This does not sound legitimate to me.

    I received a card telling me that I would no longer get my subscription by mail but by email. I hardly use my email and would like a magazine instead. I leave them out for my visitors to look at. I can't do that on an email.  This is a sad way to do business!

    I am frustrated.  I did not order Celebrate the Season books, yet I keep getting them in the mail. I have paid for a couple, I have sent them back, but I will no longer pay for these books, nor will I pay for them to be returned.
