I am very old coustmar when airtel launch in gurat

I am coming USA on 18 march 2015 being a prepaid card hodar roming mostly autumetics but till today  is network problem there what can I do?

    I checked with Airtel customer care team, They are working on this. Will keep you posted once i get updates.

    Going with Kumar`s comments. Found a way to resolve this. AT & T has shutdown its 2G Service on 31st dec 2016(or around that date). See below link.

    So mostly all the above users (even me) were on that 2G. So best is to try the sim on a Iphone 6 s/ 7s.

    Else, simply search for networks manually. Then it would find "AT&T CDMA" and select that. It worked for me. Not sure how GSM sim/phone connected to CDMA mode. Still some quick thought.

    I have  airtel prepaid sim.
    I was using it in USA  all these days. For past one week or so I am not able to get signal, If I search for network I see only one network "T-Mobile 2G(forbidden)"

    I am in Virginia state of USA.

    Kindly let me know the issue

    Changing the Network for AirtelNumber to LTE/3G manually, its getting registered with At&t and working. I tried with my Samsung J2 phone. It works.  Hope it helps !

    I am having Airtel prepaid number. I am in Seattle, USA. A few days back, my phone didn't detect the SIM. I thought my SIM got damaged so I asked my friend to send me a new SIM on same number. But when I got new SIM, I am getting same error. My phone is not detecting Airtel SIM. I tried to use the same SIM in another phone but got same error. Did anybody face this Issue?

    Hello Airtel Team,

    I am in New Jersey, USA.  I got international Roaming activated on my Airtel post paid number..  But it is failing to connect to any network.  I have tried both AT&T and T- mobile.  Not able to connect on both.  I tried manually and automatically.  Please suggest as it is very urgent and important.
