I am coming USA on 18 march 2015 being a prepaid card hodar roming mostly autumetics but till today  is network problem there what can I do?

    My phone no. is 9841026398. (prepaid airtel mobile) . I am in San Jose, california and I am seeing AT&T and T Mobile, but both do not work and I am not able to connect manually. Sometimes I see the AT&T/Airtel on the left corner and the connection Tower on my phone but not able send / receive  SMS or calls. I am using Huawei Honor 6 phone and 4G compatible SIM. Any Solutions?

    I have the same issue.. I don't see any other networks other than AT&T and T mobile.. are there any workarounds for this problem? I tried on iPhone 5 and 7 and have the same issue

    I am also facing problem after 31st Dec 2016 when AT&T stopped supporting 2G network in Memphis TN. Earlier my airtel prepaid was working fine with AT&T but after this 2G stopped, facing problem in network, some time I receive SMS like OTP but most of times it shows no network coverage.

    I faced the same issue when I came back from India after 2 months. I just discovered that AT&T has started shutting down 2G network that we were using in dial SIM phones. Using the SIM on separate phone that supports 3G or 4G will work.
    It is not going to work with dual SIM phone any more.

    My Number ; 8754445484
    I was now traveled  to USA. I took  "199 + 149" plan after consulting with customer care , before starting my travel (6th June 2017) and getting assurance that every thing will work fine in US.
    The SIM works properly during my travel, until Paris(France), once I entered USA it stops working, not listing any towers.
    I tried with two SIM slots but still no result. Verified the settings properly but still no result.
    I tried it with different mobile also. It is same. It is not listing any towers and default it get selected 2G instead of 3G. Even if I change to 3G it is not setting with 3G.
    Here(USA) I purchased new Lyca SIM which works properly.

    Can you pls resolve this issue. It is really annoying. I send several mail to customer care. But not even a single response even after a week.

    I came to USA(Chicago) location on 12 Feb,2017 upto July 18,2017 my airtel prepaid no(7757023344) was working fine.But now my airtel no is not working.

    I have an Airtel number which does not work in San Diego, California, US.
    The number is +917893393332.

    It does detect T-mobile but fails to register.
    I am using a LYF mobile with Qualcomm chip MSM8909.

    I am in Houston 77027 Westheimer road. Till yesterday it was working. From today orning not able to connect to T-Mobile or AT&T (2G/3G) services. Any idea what is problem?

    My number is 7331183245. Airtel Prepaid.
    Working fine in Hyderabad- India till last day of my trip to India.
    After reaching USA no network. Automatic or Manual, Fail to work.
    I am just looking for the SMS notifications on my phone. Not required Calls or Web.
    Called couple of times customer care they suggested to buy International roaming for Rs 3999.00/ 28 days
    No other plans available with Airtel just for SMS on international roaming.
    Some of my friends using Airtel Postpaid lines on International roaming for 199+149 monthly paid.
    Not sure why Airtel is not extending such plans now?

      Dear Team,

      it was working for some 2-3 months, after that it stopped working. even tried with couple of to-ups but no luck .

      I tried switching to manually search network, it shows AT&T and T-Mobile but doesn't allow to connect/ register. Please help.
