Caller IDs himself as Joe Collins, Fraternal (or Loyal) Order of Police; but the phone number 717-286-1596 belongs to L***P*** of Lancaster PA; asking for a donation. [This is NOT Joseph Collins, Loyal Order of Police, Wisconsin Dept. of Justice).  THIS IS A SCAM. Kept calling several times, even though I told him that I don't believe him; had to put a call block on his number.

    Got called at 6:43 p.m. Starting off with some joke that I'm "harder to reach than the summit of Mount Everest" then introduce his name. Told him he had the wrong number, his response "I have the right number I just have you under a different name". I didn't catch on until I asked a random question and he repeated his statement twice  315-975-4265

    What a lovely way to begin the day.  So zen, so mystifying.  In actuality, the current leader of the free world is heading up
    this robo campaign to become frustrated with our telephones and turn our attention to tweet world where Joe Collins lives.  Good day and namaste.

    I get calls from this Collins? Cowens? guy all the time.  There's no way to block it but he calls me on my work cell phone and my personal cell as well as my home number...  and they have countless numbers to call from ( I'm up to at least 6 different #s I've been called from so blocking it a waste of time )  Just hang up... they should be ashamed that their posing as a donation for the FOP...

    Just got a call and usually get this call everyday, caller ID says PFR and number 850-706-0001 says I am hard to get ahold of and goes into the ting about Fraternal Order of Police and collecting money.

    He is back at it! He called today and I knew it was a scam. He has called many times before and I played along and said I was interested in donating. I kept him on the phone for a good 10 minutes going back and forth about how much I should give. I could tell that he was getting frustrated. At the end I told him that this time waisted helped some poor sucker out there. He told me go [***] my self. Pretty great day if you ask me.
