777 DISCOUNT CLUB CHARGED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT $19.63 FOR SOMETHING THAT I KNOW "NOTHING" ABOUT. i NEVER HEARD OF THIS CLUB. I CALLED AND THE GIRL TOLD ME THAT CAN'T REFUND THIS AMOUNT. WHY? i NEVER BOUGHT OR HEARD ABOUT THIS CLUB BEFORE. WHAT DO I DO?

    AFTER CALLING TO GET MY $ BACK, CHRISTINE THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD BE A MORE RESPONSIBLE PERSON AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I TOLD HER THAT THIS IS HARD EARNED MONEY THAT PPL R MAKING AND THEIR COMPANY IS TAKING OUR MONEY AND CLAIMING THAT ITS NON-REFUNDABLE! I SAID WHAT WOULD U DO IF SOMEONE TOOK UR MONEY WITHOUT UR OKAY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS WITH THIS WOMAN. I AM PISSED OFF. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND WILL BE IN RUINS IN THE COMING YEARS THEY HAVE MESSED WITH TOO MANY PPL.A VAIOD THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They charged my account 10 days after I got a cancel confirmation email from them.  They said it would be 7-10 days for a refund.  today is day 10, no refund.  their customer center said today that I should get it next week.  
    I am going to file theft charges against them if it doesn't come.

    I had the same thing happen to me.  Then when you ask for their mailing address they won't even give you their address until they have all of your personal information.  I spoke with a supervisor and said I should read every piece of junk mail that comes into my email... How pathetic.

    This company just to $49.99 out of my account and told me the same thing, they can't refund my money.  I did not authorize them to take any money from my account.  I don't know anything about the company or how they got my information. I'm trying to figure out how or who to complain/report them to because it appears that they are in the business of stealing from people.  It's theft pure and simple.  I'm going to consult an attorney on this one.

    I got the same amount taken out and i called them and was told to go to the website, www.77refund.com to see about getting my refund. Hopefully it works.Hope this helps

    I never heard of this so called discount club and they withdrew $49.99 out of my checking account. I called them as well as my bank and they will not get that money. Shame on these people. I am a single Mother.

    I took out a online cash advance and all of a sudden the sudden a $49.99 charge appeared on my checking account at the same time the cash advances were debited out of my account! I believe these people are in cahoots with one another. AVOID NORTHWAY FINANCIAL AND ANY CASH ADVANCE COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM!!!! I was told to fill out a refund application on their website. We shall see what happens. There has got to be a law that banks can enforce to stop this company!

    This company also took 49.99 out of my account and I've just contacted a lawyer regarding what can be done. My first step is contacting the attorney general in there state and if there not giving up a address than you contact the attorney general in your state and they can get info for you. They have really stepped on the wrong shoes!!!!

    My account was charged 49.99 and gave me this site to get my money back this is horrible timing I need my money!!!! they drafted 49.99 put it back in my account number you all gave me is 2361877. This has to be a scam now i can't even get a hold of them over the phone
