Poor quality of Reebok Watch received from India Today

I had ordered for a set of Reebok Products comprising of a pair of shorts, T-Shirt, Sunglasses, Bag and Watch under their promotional scheme launched in September, 2009 in association with India Today Magazine.

The quality of Watch was so poor that it stop working within two weeks of use and one of its hands just came off.  I dont know who to complain about the product.  

Through your Website, I request the Company (Reebok) to act quickly to replace the watch.

    its too bad really felling bad 4 u so here da opinion u cn complaint in consumer court and beware of dalals so cn hire da lawyer with minimun fees nt too much and see da difference.

    Dekha saste me brand kharidne jaoge to yehi hoga...pehli baat to kabhi reebok ki watches leni chahiye kya??? its for sports wear and goods not for watch and sun glasses...lots of people getting fooled by these so called online dalals..so sad...

    i thought internet pe padhe likhe log aate hai..lekin idhar bi lalchi log hote hai...to thug logo ka bhala ho jata hai...

    I too order couple watch of Reebok from I mint points, but just first day only the glass broke of one watch. Very bad quality. What to do and where to complain I dont know.

    i bought a reebok atomic classic watch and itz glass broke after just 12 days... this same thing happened to my friend...!!!

    i just bought that rebook watch  i dont know wats gona happen  u peopel mad me tens if any problem to my watch means i gona break the rebook showroom glass

    dis shows dat even d top brands are looting d public.....
    Reebok is such a THIEF ws a well known fact bt nw even INDIA TODAY...

    I got a Reebok Watch(article no 122723,atomic watch black(men))packed on 3/10 as a gift. In the very first day the loop was broken just because of worst quality, then the glass crack from inside automatically. pl. note that the watch is not a cheap one ,the mrp is 2599/-. Pl. replace the watch as soon as possible.

    Most useless watch. Its value is less then one tenth what he has quoted as MRP. shamefull on the brand name.

    I didnt even confirm the order thru email but these chor ppl automatically sent the watch to my house.and now asking fror 524rs. Thanks to the posts here, i m going to decline  the offer :)

    As stated above..
    The truth is that, Reebok doesn't manufacture any watch....of which you all people are talking about........

    "REEBOK IS NOT THE MANUFACTURER OF ANY WATCH"...

    Reebok hadn't launch their watch segment till now...........

    I just got a reebok automatic watch , i didnt confirm the order even it was just a mistake that I clicked on that link and after that i closed it when it asked my cell no. but still they sent my a watch and charged Rs 524. After reading the above posts I visited the official site of Reebok and was shocked to know that they do not manufacture or market watches!! I dont know what is going to be the fate of this fatch. I hope it lasts for a month at least. After knowing its a duplicate and fake watch I dont even feel like using it. oooh I wasted 524 and become a victim of these online CHORS. Beware!!
