Poor quality of Reebok Watch received from India Today

I had ordered for a set of Reebok Products comprising of a pair of shorts, T-Shirt, Sunglasses, Bag and Watch under their promotional scheme launched in September, 2009 in association with India Today Magazine.

The quality of Watch was so poor that it stop working within two weeks of use and one of its hands just came off.  I dont know who to complain about the product.  

Through your Website, I request the Company (Reebok) to act quickly to replace the watch.

    Reebok co name ke liye badi hai per product bilkul kharab hai use kabhi kisine lena nahi chahiye. maine bhi ek watch liya our kharab pic bheg diya to aab kay kare. India today also bekar hai ye sabit ho gaya

    Reebok products are worstand specially wrist watches.
    maine ek watch liya tha,sirf approximately 1 foot ki height se girne par hi uska glass cover toot gaya aur back cover nikal gaya.
    never buy any Reebok electrical products like watches and all.

    I too bought through Rediff Shopping a Reebok White Dial watch on December 2010.  Within a month the 'leather' strap broke.  Now the glass (crystal) has broken and I can't get it replaced.  So all in all, the quality leaves much to be desired.

    Reebok do not manufacture or market watches at all. So what you guys have bought is definitely a duplicate/fake product.

    I see many comments against quality of Reebok products. IMHO, you should not blame Reebok for whatever you get because of your greed. They don't tell you buy their product at almost 1/4th of standard price.

    Last, I recommend all buy branded products from company showroom only, if you go with another shop just to save few bucks, you will more likely end up getting fake/duplicate low quality product.

    I completely agree with Abhishek Ojha, Reebok is not manufacturing any watches.. these online watches which are sold with 2500.- MRP & @ 70 - 80% discount, are AVAILABLE @ Rs.100/- AT DADAR STATION.
    Same way Unite Colors of benneton watches are also available @ 500-600/- online but quality of watches from Reebok as well as UCB is SAME!!!
    Even the metal boxes in which they are sent are same.

    There seem to be one moanufacturer who has some setting with original maufacturer to use their name, so its available so openly everywhere..

    BEWARE DO NOT buy these products...
