I have purchased ONIDA CTV -29” Oxygen Serial No.4002477, from Surya Electronics, Shop No. 5, Osia Market, Chikhali Road, Sambhaji Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune 19 on 12-09-2004, invoice no.8728 for Rs.23000/-. (Now shop shifted in Kasturi Plaza, on opposite side).

I prefered ONIDA as I normally prefer the good quality branded items. Now the “NEIGHBORS’  ENVY, OWNER’S PRIDE “, has become, “NEIGHBORS’ AMUSEMENT & OWNER’S i.e. MY HEAD ACHE”.  Within warranty period it was repaired twice and twice thereafter. Once I spent about Rs.1600/- in Sep 2006. Last time in March 2007, after argument of providing bad services, with the Surya Electronics and the Service Centre at Chinchwad, I got the repairs free, when it was orally assured that “hereafter there would not be any Problem”. And just within 7 months in Oct 2007, TV stopped working. The complaint registered No.07100876380303 dated 8th Oct 2007.  I insisted that  “I can not pay regularly about Rs.1600/- every six month for keeping my TV in working condition.” The complaint is not yet attended.
I really felt sorry for having purchased this Onida T.V. which gives me lot of mental agony and my neighbors rebuking me for having gone for Onida T.V.

I will not now prefer repairing my so called high brand Co. TV set, which I am sure is a Technically faulty piece, though it should have been replaced within the warranty period. Presently I am using my old 21” BPL TV purchased in April 1990, without a single repair till todate, keeping along side your faulty 29” non-working TV set. This position explains the quality of your Brand.

I insist that you should take back your faulty TV set as your moral responsibility and in good faith, replace it with non-faulty TV set. In any case I shall not get the TV repaired.

    so many time i make complint in your service station but not our problem is slove my perives complient no:08041006380815 and new complint no :1006380972
    sir i m purchsed this tv on cash at Rs.13500/= but i m not satified with your service otherwise i will complint in consumer court. so take action as early as possibal.

    I hv the ONIDA Oxygen ctv - 29" and giving frequent problen. ONIDA Services are worst. With no option left even a long case to ONIDA, i am going to register a PIL against ONIDA. I would request all ONIDA owner to join the bandwagon.

    after the first copmlaint on your nearst distributor they came and done the repair and charge the amount of  Rs-2790/ our television was not working. the technician name is yutvaaj first complaint is registerd on 05/03/09 and second complaint is registerd on 12/03/09. complaint no-093031663805A0.
    Afetr taking two times to your comapny the television is was not repaired properly. So kindly this repaired properly.

    i would like to repair my Onida KY Rock TV because i am not able to see all the channels which i am getting through cable.     I have been a customer of Onida Television since 16 years and very recently i purchased a new 29 inch oxygen television from onida and used it only for few months, but then found suddently not working. Checked by a professional, found that picture tube was out of order.I were really surprised to know that it is been damaged. I have spend Rs. 19, 500 for it and now that i have to replace the picture tube which again cost Rs. 8000. i would like to receive your support considering me as your forever customer, by providing me the picture tube with half the money or replace my TV with a fresh new one of the same model.

    I am the customer of Onida and now feel deeply disgusted of being so with the quality of service and the quality of the product. When i went to purchase 29" Oxygen thunder, most of them including some dealers insisted to opt for some other brand and not Onida, unfortunately my bad luck, i bought this poor brand and still running after the service man to get my problem solved (i.e., within 2 months of purchase).

    I could not believe this happening, if this type of Quality and service continues, i fear that the brand itself will become non-exitant.

    Picture tube problem

    We bought an onida 29 inch KY Thunder tv 4 years back and recently it started showing those rainbow patches out of no reason and after 2 days when the service personnel was contacted he came over and gave us a report that the picture tube has gone. A picture tube replacement will cost us more than half of the buying price of the tv.Are your products designed to become out of order just after the warranty period? is there anything the company can do about the issue? I know the most probable answer will be no and know that the company is not responsible for problems after the warranty period. Anyways it took us about 16k but only four years to know the dependability of your products and the company's credibility.

    Kindly give me the solution for the same what I have to do now, can your company give me a new picture tube free of cost ???

    Picture Tube Problem.

    We have Onida TV at our another home for past 10years. Because of this I bought 21 inch Oxygen Thunder 1200W Onida TV in November 2008. After 6-7 months we observed red colour patch on the TV screen corner. We contacted the customer care as it was in warranty they came and moved the magnet in fron of TV screen and told us that any magnetic material if you keep near TV then will happen. After few months again the problem occured and again the same thing happened. I asked for the picture tube replacement. But they said its not the picture tube problem. But now few days ago, the same problem appeared again, but this time my bad luck is that the warranty is over. And finally now their technician says that the problem is of picture tube and it will cost you Rs.6500/- which is more than the half of the cost of my TV. Is there anything that company can do in this regard? I already asked for the replacement when it was in warranty. If you cannot do anything in this regard then certainly i can do my bit of warning others or restricting others from buying your product.

                My name is Ramesh Kothari, I had Purchased a ONIDA 22 INCH LCD from, MURTHY ELECTRONICS, Add: narayan plaza, shop no.105, first flooor, diva station, above maharashtra sweet mart, Diva (E), Thane-400612, ON DATED. 11-09-10. from day one the picture clearity of the lcd tv is very poor, so i have call  MURTHY ELECTRONICS for the same, they have gvn the Onida cm care helpline no. so they have given me complaint no. i.e. 10105666381035, after being repetedly calling to customer care i have not got any response, so they have gvn me, KALYAN SERVICE CENTRE NO.here MR. BHANSI YADAV had attend my query, so he promise to send there engineer, after the engineer visit, the engineer notice that the panel has the be replace, after 2 week i again call MR. BHANSI YADAV. so he told me that we have short of panel, so we will give u Replacement for the same,
                After 1 week i again call to MR. BHANSI YADAV, he asked me to call his superior, MR. ATUL, after speaking to ATUL, he said u will definately get Replacement within a week,after 1 Week again treid, but i got the same answer, Now Whenever i tried calling Mr. ATUL, he simply hang up the phone, If this the case then i will certainly take this matter to 'CUNSUMER COURT' & I will never take any product from ONIDA, I will also asked MEDIA to publish this issue on News.
                               Kindly take this complaint ASAP, Waiting for your reply.

    I had purchased Onida 29 Flat TV 290XP350BL on 29.12.2010. After use of 6 months it has come up with a problem as after 15 min its picture made larger

    automaticaly sometime 3 times of its original. I had made complaint regarding it thrice but there is no resolution. Even the second time technician had

    taken the kit for 1 week and when he came he told that now sir we have changed one chip this will work fine. On the same day after half an hour the problem

    occoured again. I had again complaint it and the complaint no. 11092126380807. No technician has come even after daily complaint at delhi office. Please resolve it ASAP.
