My Phone number is 08029294497 and I am subscribed to the airtel too good package which bills you at 60K/sec for first minute and 20k/sec afterwards.
On the 14th of April 2011 at about 6:30 pm I loaded N1000 on my Phone to call a friend figuring I will have about 80minutes with her since In couldnt visit.
To my surprise I got a beep at 28 minutes telling me I have a minute left I had ton round up the call. I checcked to find that I have used up N1039 in 28 minutes 53secs. I called Customer care to complain and I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hrs and that was on the 14th. I decided not to load any credit pending outcomes and up till today the situation still havent been rectified . I was even given a case id ANG000015116915.This isnt the first time but is the most glaring.
Can someone please help out.

    my nos is 08029708618 and i av being unable to use my blackberry subscription for two days which on the 17th of June i subscribed for the unlimited package and after several complain i discovered that nothing was done about it and its really making me feel and am sure airtel management will not like me posting articles about them.please i will appreciate it if the management can do something about this fast because am loosing patient on this matter and as a result of this my business as been affected so please get me back online.

    U guyz re incapable of all networks on earth. It take u ages to rectify simple issues dat shud take good engineers a minute. I retrieved ma line with 3month BB data. I insert it on a new phone I got and since then I've been hearing all sorts of unreliable promises. Can't ma BRS continue when d data is still active? It is more than 48hrs nw dat it wud be rectified. What type of netwrk is dis [***]?  Regha Eruata 08029319605. Ur employee are incompetent and I'm sure they got there 2ru connections.

    Airtel!!! airtel!!! Airtel!!!    you people her deducting out of my money despite having activated the mobile bundle data! U beta resolve this case within the next 48 hours... Unless i swear i wil wreck airtel by damaging all the sim i set my hands on!!!    #vengance is mine!

    about weeks ago I subscribed to airtel monthly opera mini bundle of N300  with the option of 250 + No bundle no browsing but to surprise all the cards l loaded for calls were deducted at the same time with bundle mb. I called the customer care line lay complain several time but to avail.  again today being the 19th of September 2016. I put a call to customer care line to inform them of intention to buy another opera mini bundle and to tell them that I don't want option that will deduct the money I am using to make call and my mb at the same and they advised to choose option 2 through *885*1#  and I did but to my surprise again they deducted all the money I have on my phone for call and at the same time deducted my mb. please I need your assistance because any money I load to make calls once I go online through opera mini the money will be heavily deducted as well as my mb inspite of the fact that I have sufficient mb for browsing.

    my  number  is  09077618496  pls  each  time  i  load  a  recharge  card  without  making  any  call  my  money  is reducing  so  am  confuse  pls  i  need  an  help
