I receive at least 2 calls per day from this business.  Today, I continued with the phone call instead of hanging up.  I asked the gentleman where he was calling from (Atlanta, GA) and what was the name of the company that he receives his paycheck from -  he said Card Member Services.  I told him that I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their calling list and that I wanted it to stop RIGHT NOW.  He then told me he would [***] call me anytime he wanted  -  that I was to give him a [***] - - [***] you - [***] you -  give me a [***] - - - This just kept continuing so I finally hung up.  The phone number that was displayed on my cell phone was:  319-212-1302.  This is a local cell phone number when it shows 319 and 212 in the number.  So in my opinion, the call is being routed so that it can't be traced backward.  The experience I had this morning with this company was just AWFUL -  abusive, dirty mouthed..........This business needs to be shut down !!

Got a call from the creeps today.  I clicked through during the recorded message from the robocall from a local spoofed number.  I asked the Indian-sounding guy the name of their company, and he said "Card Services". I asked if they were located in my city, since that's where the call came from, and he said they are in Atlanta.  I asked again if they were local since I got called from a local number, and he tried to say they were all over - Florida, Texas, all over.  I said - I'm sorry, I have an errand to run, I'll call you back on the number you just called me from, and he replied with an obscenity and hung up.  Great "service" from Card Services.

Blocked, reported to FTC and FCC.  Next time, I'll use my alter-ego, along with fake credit card numbers.  I had these guys call many times before, and they want:
    * your credit card number, expiration date, and cvv code on the back
    * the last 4 digits of your social
    * any other key identifying information before you become suspicious and hang up

Then, they intend to clean out your accounts and then sell your info.

Unless you want to do battle and engage to waste their time with fake info and stalling tactics (wait! I can't find my cc card, it must be here somewhere ...), just HANG UP and REPORT them.

I got MORE calls from   "31028", "800-303-1028" and "210/ 303-1038" today.. After requesting to be taken off of their  lists...SEVERAL times!  Today, I decided I needed to get to SOMEONE that would give me some info about who these people are.  I bantered with the phone rep, Guy Anderson, (with a Far Eastern accent). Telling him I would be cancelling the cards that he had numbers to, after our call... I let him do his "sphiel" to get to a supervisor..."Financial Expert".  I was connected to "Ray Corbin, Financial Expert" (again, with a deep  Far Easterner accent) and I tred to explain to him that I had received too many calls after asking to be removed.  Boy! these guys are yeller's!!!  I hung up on him after telling him he was RUDE and he immediately called me back.  Lol!!!
He proceeded to accuse me if being greedy because I didn't want to pay $1000 for his company to lower my interest rates!  I took the bait and told him I was aware that Credit Cards cost me money for the privilege to use them when I had no disposable cash on hand... And I was good with that. This got him even more angry!
He yelled at me for taking his reps time and I told him I had disconnected the call but he STILL called back, wasting MORE time.   He told me my cards would be cancelled and that would run my credit score and I told him to stop threatening me, I was hanging up.  Immediately I called my bank and told them what had happened and they assured me as long as they didn't have my 3 digits on the back, I'm good.  I will be getting new cards regardless... It's so important that we expose these scams to protect ourselves!  Ray called phone 19 more times, after telling me to "go F*** myself".
I have no issues with that nationality.  I have dear friends of the same background.  I do have issues with the way people like Guy and Ray treat people.  I will not waste my time where there is nothing productive to be gained.
If my home gets blown away, I hope "Credit Card Services" will be the first place considered!  😘
With all the TECHNOLOGY we have today I don't understand why this type of crime is possible.

Same complaint.  Abussive language when challenged for violating the DNC.    Number spoofing.   In today’s world of intrusive tech how can our public servants allow this abuse of the law to continue.    Trace, track, fine, or put out of business these scammers.

Same here, they keep calling and calling.  Just got the latest call and I asked for the address of the company and all this guy would say is “Atlanta Georgia”.  I asked to speak with his Supervisor and surprise, he said “he’s not available”.  If anyone has an address in Atlanta or anywhere in the USA, please post it.

They called my grandma today. I took over the call from her and faked her voice and the guy who sounded Indian but said he was from Atlanta didn't know. He kept asking for card numbers and  I would start telling him random numbers and then "forget" and start over. Finally he told me, and I quote, "why don't you take your cards and shove them up your a** you stupid old fool". I said "my aren't you a kinky boy" and he hung up.

FTC has shut them down before. Call jim Davis at the FTC 312-960-5611 and ask if they are pursuing them again?

Like everyone else on here, I get these calls at least twice a day. Sometimes I will answer and get the "rep" on the phone. I love to just mess with them myself. So when they ask what card, I will say my Mexican Express *yeah, doesn't exist). When they ask the card number, I tell them as slow as possible...1...2...3....4...5...6....7...8...9. At which time they usually tell me to cram it up my @$$ or tell me to f___ off. :)

Card Member services are using legit phone numbers disguised as theirs.  When you call the number back you get an ATT wireless customer.  ATT needs to put a stop to this.  I got 6 calls today from 615-545-xxxx various numbers.

I constantly get these calls and it comes up with either my area code and first three numbers of my phone or shows up as "scam likely" I know it's a scam but I make them work for it by asking a bunch of questions. Sounds like calls from India...I make them think I sound interested and need some information from them...I tell them I need photos of their mother naked and they ALWAYS hang up on me...you know how those guys are about their mothers..they try to rob me and I'll harass them like there's no tomorrow...😂😂😂

Getting these too. We allow these to persist in order to allow businesses to spoof their numbers so that they don't have to figure out what to do with incoming calls. As long as we put corporate convenience over the quality of life for humans, this will continue to be a problem in the USA. Also, the phone companies get 2 to 3 cents for every call they connect to us, regardless of where it comes from. That adds up quick with the millions of calls these scammers are placing. European nations don't have this problem, so it doesn't have to be a problem here if we'd stop paying our phone companies to profit from victimizing us.

    Fed up.....Long Island, NY
I receive at least 2 calls per day on either home or mobile phones.......various area codes and phone numbers.  The recording starts by saying that they are calling from Card Member Services.  When I opt to speak with a live person I ask the same question as where they are located and it's the same response......Atlanta, GA.  Several times when I ask to be placed on their DNC list they politely oblige with my request.  Lately they are rude and obnoxious!!  How can we put a stop to these annoying idiots????

I usually tell them to go swim in the Ganges River and then call me back.  They usually call me back, but I am not certain if they actually swim in the Ganges despite that they have a much closer proximity to the Ganges than I do.

Card Member Services said their number in Atlanta was 800-964-1917.  The woman talking said her name was Jemmy Rose.  She did not know the address she goes to work at every day.  Finally hung up on me when I asked her what street she goes to work at in Atlanta.  2-3 calls per day almost every day.  Violating the do not call list.  Denies being a scam  and fudging numbers showing up on caller ID.  They are dregs and should be in jail.

I have received anywhere from 1-5 calls A DAY from these guys for literally years.  They are in India, they are untouchable, and they know it.  You give them a hard time, they just hang up and move on to the next.  There is no way to get them to stop, so stop trying; believe me, I've tried pressing the number, requesting in person...they don't care.  They are masters at spoofing numbers (it's usually my area code and my three-digit prefix, but they do mix it up).  If I have time and am in the mood, I will play along and see how much time of their time I can waste (my record is 12 minutes).  Until our government leans on India, I don't see how this can be stopped.  BTW, getcreditcardnumbers.com will provide you actual credit card numbers you can use to string them along.
