Hello, My name is Randy and on August 6,2004, In Kern County I was involved in a car accident My car was a Ford Fiesta, one of the smallest. I was knocked unconscious. The Police cited the other driver for making an illegal turn.

The other driver just happened to carry Liberty Mutual Insurance. I chose to represent myself in court. As a driver or a passenger, I have never sued anyone. Hospital, ambulance, doctor and physical therapy bills kept piling up, and Liberty Mutual Insurance, never paid a single dollar of my medical bills that totaled $12,000.00.

For 2 years I answered all their question such as work, finical, bills etc. Liberty kept dragging out my case; finally I took them to court. On October 2006, Liberty, obtained my medical records by using a subpoena. Doctors I had never seen, hospitals that had I was never treated at for my car accident, or hospital I had not been to in the past 13 years.

On April 9,2007, I sent a certified letter to Liberty's Attorney and told him that if he continued with his nonsense and fishing trip in my life, I would take my case to the people.

My friend I will give you just a few examples of the questions I was expected to answer: They wanted my banking records, my credit history, safety deposit box information, HIV/ AIDS status, past employers or /and employees, my salary among many other personal questions, yet they wouldn't pay me for my pain and suffering and medical bills.

My friends, the best way to fight a greedy, sneaky, fraudulent giant likes Liberty Mutual, is to let people know how they operate. The Liberty Mutual that I was dealing with was the office in Ontario, California.

I had a work place injury.. So I am dealing with the workers comp division.. They are horrible.. Two weeks after a bone crushing  injury (that required two surgeries) the adjuster called and asked me " IF I WAS PLANNING MY VACATION." I was shocked.. I was in pain, with a true injury.. Not a fraudulent one ! I hung up with her and immediately called a friend who happens to be a Comp attorney.. I have let him deal with AMY STALNEKER since then.. Hell, even my attorneys paralegal called me one day to ask me some questions and she even said she had never dealt with someone so rude… Today, for the third time I received a bill in the mail that should have been paid my LM.. The bill now states it is going to collections.. I will be sending that to my attorney and demanding at mediation that LM pay to clear my credit history.. They are  horrible company, and their commercials make my stomach turn...

I had just bought Liberty, and then I was on the interstate at night and suddenly there was an entire semi-truck tire in my lane, and I couldn't stop or avoid it in time, and I hit it.  It shattered my bumper and undercarriage, but I could still drive it home.  I immediately filed a claim with Liberty.  At first, they asked if I wanted to fix the car, or did I want a check.  Then, they told me to go get an estimate and I did and uploaded it to their site. Then, I was told they had done their own estimate through dim photos that my shop took, and Liberty's estimate was a third less.  When I began to ask questions and point out that they had not seen the car's damage, and why were they cheating me, everyone got quiet, and my claim was sent to their fraud department where I was accused of lying and defrauding Liberty. Come to find out, their low-ball amount was merely an "offer" to settle the matter, and it was never an estimate of the damages, so they lied about that, first of all. By their fraud woman, I was asked in a sarcastic tone, "and just how did the tire get in your lane?" as though I had conjured it there in my own imagination, and "if you had reported it to the police, they could have found the trucker who left it behind."   Oh really?   So, I've been made to feel like a lying, scamming fraudster, and my claim is being closed without my consent.  I've spoken to multiple people at Liberty, and they all sound like twenty-something know-nothings, and I have the impression that there are no adults at their company.  And it all feels so malicious, like there is an evil spirit about the way they talk and act.  They spend millions on advertisements, on TV and Youtube, you know, "Liberty-Biberty!"  and then as soon as you sign up with them and need them to come through, they treat you like you're scum.  I've been hung up on, accused, threatened, lied to over and over, and they've made a Bad-Faith Denial.  My only saving grace is that I'm not one of those people who spent years giving them premiums, only to discover the demonic beast hidden within as soon as there was a claim.  But that's my ONLY saving grace.  Everything else is horrible.  It's fraud; it's a scam; and someone who left a comment on here is absolutely right:  someone in government is getting a kickback for protecting that lawless company.
