They are using the name "Jill Pardington" now as your "gift coordinator." The fine print says "guests will be responsible for any deposits, fees, and taxes," which is strange considering this is supposed to be a complimentary trip. However, the fine print also says this is a 90-120-minute timeshare pitch, apparently by Kings Creek, http://www.kingscreekplantation.com. I consider timeshares to be scams, though, since they are a huge ripoff with their annual fees etc.

Received letter in the mail on January 13, 2017 from  Jill "Pardington", Gift Coordinator.   Upon examining the envelope it came in, the cute new years return address says Jill "Paddington".  That right there raises a red flag!  They can't even get the fake name consistent!  I knew it had to be one of those timeshare scams even before reading the fine print on the back.

Recieved this one today April 9 2018. 4 complimentary tickets to Orlando Resorts must pay taxes and  other fees. Same name jill pardingtonn no name or business listed on the return address, just the address. The return address was to a place in virginia beach va but the offer was for parks in Florida made no sense. Figured it was a scam but decided to let the ole internet to prove it, which led me here.

Received letter today about 3 day vacation for family at Frankenmuth, MI. Also offers random gift cards and all expenses paid, but just like everybody else if you read the back it says you are responsible for taxes and fees and have to sit through a 90 minute session, but never once actually mentions the company's name or what this is all about. It also offers $150 spending money for you to come. Same phone # listed 800-730-1203, and lists " Jill Pardington" as gift coordinator.

Received letter today stating that I have been selected to receive a COMPLIMENTARY Frankenmuth Vacation which includes 3 days and 2 night hotel accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children and $150 in spending money.  All I had to do was call the gifting department at 800-730-1203 and reference the RSVP gift code printed at the bottom of my letter and they would also include a $50 Darden Gift Card good at Olive Garden, LongHorn, Cheddars, Yard House, Seasons52 or Bahama Breeze.   I Googled the address on the letter which was 22805 Goddard Road, Taylor, MI 48180 and it is a residential home.  The address was what triggered me to do more research because why would Frankenmuth be sending me something from Taylor MI as they are miles apart and Frankenmuth Mi is its own little tourist destination.     THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

From “Orlando Theme Park Adventures” and “Jill Pardington” offering complementary trip to an Orlando resort... “this is a fun way to promote our service, so attendance at an open house is required to receive this offer” = timeshare company

I guess there is no law against the stupidity of vulnerable people, but there ought to be a law against their predators, and this 'offer' IS predatory in my opinion.

Hi, I received the same letter with a Complimentary Leavenworth Vacation, so I looked it up and found that these SCAM artists are associated with PPV Elite Travel.  See this report on them on ABC News: https://abcnews.go.com/Business/happened-deci ... ory?id=27719780

I received a letter over the weekend referencing the same contact number of 800-245-8993. The letter is welcoming me back to Indian Rocks Beach (which I have never been to) and is offering a complementary IRB vacation package including 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations at the Prestige Harbor Resort or the Holiday Inn & Suites Harbourside for 2 adults and 2 children plus 2 Splash Harbor Water Park tickets or a $50 dining credit. The letter is signed by Jeremy Jones, Promotional Coordinator. The address listed on the letter of 5000 Avenue of the Stars, Kissimmee, FL 34746 is a residential condo in the Star Island Resort area. BEWARE!

Jeremy Jones is a busy man.  Just received a letter inviting me to "Visit Clearwater Beach.  Same promo as the others have reported.  This time the Time Share they are promoting is Vista Cay Resort in Orlando near Universal Resorts.  Not sure how they plan to pull of the "open house" if we are in Clearwater.  Usual Time Share sales stunt.

Received a letter in the mail to my divorced married name, welcoming me back to St George, Utah. Offered a complimentary 3 day, 2 night stay hotel accommodations and $150 in spending money. Offer was sent by Jeremy Jones, with the above listed phone number. No company name was on the letter. The fine print on the back also mentions that “attendance at an open house presentation is required to receive this offer.” The return mailing address is to a GNC in Provo, Utah, but the mailed from zip code stamped on the front of the envelope is 12205, which is Albany county New York.
Quite the lengths to go to scam people! Thanks to the other commenters! Beware!
