Who knows if these guys are legit or not, but I did not get a good vibe from them on the phone.  They too sent out a card but could not provide me any information on my vehicle.

Please Beware.

Looks like another Missouri-based "auto warranty renewal" scam.

Contact the Missouri Attorney General if their "offer" was deceptive.

I've received two of these "motor vehicle warranty notifications". Last one was FINAL NOTICE ! My warranty is OK at the Dealership. Sure looks like a scam to me!

Got my "**FINAL NOTICE**" too.  Too bad my vehicles are '92, '95, and '99 models respectively - all LONG out of warranty.  I'm guessing they're b-b-b-b-b-bogus...

Just received one today, compared registration id, none matches what we have so we were afraid someone bought a car under our names. Called them and they were rude, unhelpful, all they ask about is information from us. I was like "is this a sales call???" even though I called them to verify info. The gal was like "no, you called us!" then ask what our mileage is, I didn't want to tell them so I was like i don't remember, "probably over 100K". She then start yelling at me "what??? what's wrong with your car, it must be messed up, why is it over 100K blah blah blah" I hung up the phone! I regreted I didn't b---- at her before doing so!

Well I have gotten several phone calls from Warranties Division of America & Dealership warranties. They can't even tell you which vehicle they are calling about.  When I asked them where they were located they hang up, when I asked for their return phone number they told me they have no number that you can call into,  I did get the name once from them but they then hung up.  I called Verizon and they referred me to the fraud department.  I was told that this is a BIG scam and to keep hanging up on them and they will stop calling.  It's gone on for 2 years.  They said they can't track them because they are calling from out of the country. I have even asked to be removed from their list, but they continue to call and mail out their cards.  BEWARE!  According to the fraud department, DO NOT give them any information.  It's a scam!!!

Same story.  Big scam!  Rude and obnoxious on the phone confirms the gut feel when you find out the registration idenfification number does not link to a vehicle.  Scammers!

I would suspect that this is a scam as my car is less than 3 years old and has a 100,000 mile warranty.  Garbage!!!

The person I talked to would not answer my questions, she just keep asking me about my car.  When I not give any info. she got very rude.  This has to be a scam.  I still have 23,000 miles on my warranty. What is wrong with this country?

I got several postcards in the mail, and then finally I called them.  The salesman said their warranty was from bumper to bumper.  I originally signed up by giving my credit card info for the first monthly paymen of $199 dollars and 18 subsequent payments of $133 dollars for a grand total of $2593 dollars.  Fortunately, I told my friend later that day who advised me that I still had my car under an extended warranty from the dealer for the next 3 years.  I called Dealership warranties back that same day and cancelled the entire transaction with the help of my friend.  This is a total scam-do not under any circumstances buy into this fraud.

ALL of these "warranty" companies are scams.  Do not call them, do not respond, do not talk to them, do not give them money, do not give them any information.  If they have called you directly, take note of their number (most likely it's a false number, but write it down anyways) and register complaint at Do Not Call registry www.donotcall.gov.  If you received a mailer, file a complaint at Better Business Burueau www.bbb.org.  The only way to get attention is to make it known to government & lawyers in the hopes a class-action lawsuit is filed, although I'd prefer karma deals a nasty little payback for their sleazy life.

    NY guy crying foul!
During my conversation with the customer rep, I was told that my two year old car expires next month. I went ahead and gave them my credit card information to charge on my card in order to extend my warranty.  It wasn't until after I discussed about this with a friend, I started questioning the legitimacy of the company. My friend said most companies offer 3-year warranties. Puzzled by this, I contacted my dealership today and learned that my warranty covers up to 7 years not 2 years! I'm very disappointed that I got SCAMMED! I plan to contact my credit card company and reverse the charge. Bottom line: don't give them any information! Just discard their postcard and move on. You have better things to.

    no complaints here
I did purchase an extended warranty from Dealership Warranties located in Maryland Heights, MO. My cooling fan was out and when I was looking for their number I seen this website. They contacted me when my warranty expired from a notice. I never received a call. The cooling fan was fixed with no problems and I found out that there was also a problem with the rear defrost when I took my Liberty in. Both items were fixed with no problems. My dealership also stated this was a great company and rarely any problems with them. I assure you this is not a scam. They were very courteous and very helpful. I am very happy with my experience. I think people jump to conclusions a bit too quick when judging a company. I would be happy to write a testimonial for them if they would like. i just thought you should hear from an actual customer and my experience with them.

Every vehicle comes with a manufacturer warranty. Usually, at the time of sale the dealer will try to get you to purchase an extended warranty. This is not the right time to purchase the warranty. Wait for the manufacturer warranty to expire and then purchase the warranty. When you buy an extended warranty from your dealer, you might be restricted to only that dealer you purchased the policy from. Only the dealer knows you purchased a warranty. If your dealer stated your warranty is OK then you purchased an extended warranty from them. The notice you received was a chance to get the policy just in case you turned it down at the time of purchase of your vehicle. Buying an extended warranty is important and it is not a scam to purchase one. Do your homework, make sure you know who backs the policy and compare prices. There are many companies out there so don't hesitate to shop around. Be a smart consumer.

    Satisfied Customer
After reading these blogs I became concerned due to the fact I have my warranty through Dealership Warranties. I contacted them at 866-533-9966 and wanted to see what this link was talking about. They advised me there were some companies that were sued by the atty general for many reasons. After reviewing the link, Dealership Warranties was not a company who was involved with this. Review the link and you will notice this. They also advsed me that they were a member of the AWCSA or AWSCA (not sure) which is an association to seperate the good from the bad. I am happy with my decision to stick with this company after realizing this complaint is not even about the same company.

    I have a 98'
I also received a notice for the warranty for my 98' Deville. I was also skeptical cause it has been out of warranty for about four years now. I had the extended warranty on it before. I did call them and they were able to give me a powertrain warranty. It doesn't cover everything but it does cover the engine, tranny, drive axle and some other components. I was also surprised that I received this notice but i'm glad I did. I would much rather have a warranty than not.
