THERE IS A FRAUD GOING ON WITH STAR SOUNDS EVENTS, OWNED AND OPERATED BY STEVEN LEFLAR OF CONCORD AND ERIC SYMONS OF ROHNERT  PARK
MANY LOCAL BANDS ARE OWED A TON OF MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STEVE LEFLAR OR ERIC SYMONS.

    Thomas Schoenberger owner of North Bay Entertainment and he owes us THOUSANDS and Stole THOUSANDS FROM NORTH BAY ENTERTAINMENT. He says he sold the company. Have him show you a bill of sale. It's clear he has operated through April 2009 even after he cancelled his license on April 9, 2007.

    You protest too much. If you were really innocent, you would not feel the need to blog incessantly like this.
    An innocent person does not behave like you do. Its odd that all the documents you generate seem to be the actions of a man who is hiding the truth. 32 years of law experience tells me the guilty one always makes the most noise.

    Wall Street lied. They are now spreading rumors that I took their money.
    Every cent of it went to Thomas Schoenthief and Gig Slimebag.
    PSI seminars never sent anything to us, so this is all just lies. The paperwork shows this to be a NORTH BAY gig, not a STAR SOUNDS gig. It was booked out of 1026 Fern Dr Napa Ca by Thomas.

    I have got to weigh in. Steve Leflar has a very slanderous website where he claims all his issues revolve around his being a victim at the hands of several agents and a few bands. He mentions aliases, yet seems to use them at random himself, as anyone can see.The e mails circulating among the musical community show his name on contracts, the Concord business license of North Bay Entertainment in his own name as a sole proprietor from March 2008, and financial transactions that lead straight to his bank at Wells Fargo. I have looked at his obsessive website closely and notice that Mr. Leflar omits all his own bank tranactions. That makes me very suspicious of Mr. Leflar's actions. I do not know Thomas escept as a competitor and only spoke once on the phone with him. I know Gig reasonably well and unfortunately know Eric from the past, so he can guess who I am. What I can tell you is that the antics of Mr. Leflar are dangerous and not of any benefit to our close knit and usually mellow musical community.
    I will be joining the crusade to shut down Star Sounds Productions.

He is being sued for operating without a business license since April 9, 2007 to date not to mention collecting thousands of dallors worth of checks from a company he claims he doesn't own thru July 2009 and depositing them into a NBE account that he has had for many years as Thomas Schoenberger DBA North Bay Entertainment not to mention wrote NBE contracts from his home address.

    I almost forgot the over $40k he deposited into his NBE account statement ending April 2008.
