I had received a sms from bsnl.hungama.comto download some software for musid cna films and at that time nowhere it was indicated that it is chargeable.Though I downloaded, I neverr used it.  Subsequently an amount of Rs.248.34in my land line 2405692 bill for the period 1.11.12 to 30.11.12., as onetimemcharges.I checked upmfrom BSNL office and they said it is for Hungama.com  I told them to deactivate the same and theysaid they have sent mail to Hungama. com.  Subsequently, I found that I was getting debit of RS.298/- every month in my bills as one time charges.I called on BSNL office and got the charges reduced.  I have already sent mail to sakshi.kate@hungama.com, given to me BSNL authorities. for deactivating but no action seems to be taken.  BSNL authorites also expressed their unhappiness that Hungama.com is not responding to any of heir communications.  Please take up the matter with   Hungama. com .
BSNL authorities told me that  thre are a large number of complaints of similar nature from other customers also.

                Since the month of November 2012 I am being billed an additional amount of Rs.198/= per month as One Time charges, on inquiring from BSNL office  I was  informed it is for subscription towards Hungama.com. Since I do not desire this facility and have never used this facility, kindly deactivate this facility immediately and stop billing for this additional amount.

    since more than 6months we are getting a bill of bsnl hungama movies and games for which bsnl is charging me , but we have not subscribed to this offer.
    so i kindly request you to deactivate this plan soon and please stop billing for this additional plan.

    i am getting a bill sice 4-5 months with FACILITY of movies-Games-video (HMOD-HGOD-HMVOD-) which are not subscribed by me,
    so i kindly request you to deactivate these plans .... immediately....and stop billing for these on my Bsnl Bill.

I am being billed an charges hungama games, music&cinema collected from BSNL videbill no;337928437 dt6-1-2014 for rs.67-00 and feb. bill no;347756938 dt6-2-2014 for rs.347-00. I have not subscribed the said plan. I therefore request you to kindly delete and deactivate the said plan option immediately and refund the excess amount was collected from me for rs.414-00.     I had received a sms from bsnl.hungama.comto download some software for musid cna films and at that time nowhere it was indicated that it is chargeable.Though I downloaded, I never used it.  Subsequently an amount of RS. 750 4in my land line NO: 0866-2871286 bill for the period 01/06/2014 TO 30/06/2014 , as one time charges.I checked upmfrom BSNL office and they said it is for Hungama.com  I told them to deactivate the same and they said they have sent mail to Hungama. com Subsequently, I found that I was getting debit of RS.347 every month in my bills as one time charges from about 3 months  .This month in my account they put double the charges .we are not using this facility .I called on BSNL office and got the charges reduced.  I have already sent mail to sakshi.kate@hungama.com, given to me BSNL authorities. for deactivating but no action seems to be taken.  BSNL authorites also expressed their unhappiness that Hungama.com is not responding to any of heir communications.  Please take up the matter with   Hungama. com .
