Unlawful charging ofone time charges everymonth in the landline bill

I had received a sms from bsnl.hungama.comto download some software for musid cna films and at that time nowhere it was indicated that it is chargeable.Though I downloaded, I neverr used it.  Subsequently an amount of Rs.248.34in my land line 2405692 bill for the period 1.11.12 to 30.11.12., as onetimemcharges.I checked upmfrom BSNL office and they said it is for Hungama.com  I told them to deactivate the same and theysaid they have sent mail to Hungama. com.  Subsequently, I found that I was getting debit of RS.298/- every month in my bills as one time charges.I called on BSNL office and got the charges reduced.  I have already sent mail to sakshi.kate@hungama.com, given to me BSNL authorities. for deactivating but no action seems to be taken.  BSNL authorites also expressed their unhappiness that Hungama.com is not responding to any of heir communications.  Please take up the matter with   Hungama. com .
BSNL authorities told me that  thre are a large number of complaints of similar nature from other customers also.

    My Land Line NO : 04172-262326, with Broadband connection. For the past few months i have been billed unnecessary charged for Hungama Movies,Games, Music on Demand for wich BSNL is charging me Rs. 347/- month. But we have not Subscribed to this offer. So I kindly request you to Deactivate this Hungama Plan soon and Stop Billing for this additional plan.     We need to take legal action to ensure that these sort of un-authorised charges are not levied in our BSNL landline bills. We expect BSNL to be a decent organisation which should not allow this sort of cheap tactics to make money from gullible customers. BSNL should stop Hungama people from melding with the Billing process of BSNL.  This is a clear case for Consumer forum and we should demand damages from Hungama for using this sort of tactics. My land line No is 044-24950577 mobile 9444033236 and I have been charged with Rs.489/- for the past three months and I have demanded refund.  If they do not refund I will initiate appropriate action against both Hangama and BSNL Chennai telephones.
