This company recently called a man who once lived in my town and claimed they were going to take him to court for an old payday loan with MY business. The man called here and I confirmed he was never my customer first by name and then social security number. This company looks to be pure scam and I will do my best to give them a hard time for using the name of my company this way.

Looks like they used his old address to find a "plausible lender" to use in the scam attempt.
