KFC in Queenstown, South Africa Sucks!

I've a big fan of KFC (USA) for years. I am living in South Africa now, and was very excited finding a KFC branch here. However, the quality of the food is far from what I am used to. The chicken legs are tiny, the meat is often undercooked and mashed potatoes are watery. The fist time I thought it was just a bad luck. The second time I bought the food, it was of the same quality. I am disappointed and I hope the brand owners do something about it.

This evening I went back and waited 22 minutes in the queue before being served, this was because only two staff were manning the till point (and they were also serving the food). I asked for Zinger wings and I was told "they are still frozen", I then asked when will they be cooked? The reply was "They are still frozen". Extremely poor service and management!
I feel they need to "jack up" the management of the branch and should have extra staff on duty during the peak evening periods! KFC do not have a web site as they do not want to know about the poor service that they provide! Where do you get hold of their customer service number (if they even have one)?
Please get a website menu for South Africa ASAP!
