I've a big fan of KFC (USA) for years. I am living in South Africa now, and was very excited finding a KFC branch here. However, the quality of the food is far from what I am used to. The chicken legs are tiny, the meat is often undercooked and mashed potatoes are watery. The fist time I thought it was just a bad luck. The second time I bought the food, it was of the same quality. I am disappointed and I hope the brand owners do something about it.

    I can't belive this complaint has been around for two-and-a-half years!

    Still no online menu for SA!

    Local Southway MAll KFC cannot do grilled chicken products due to a broken oven - and this is one week after a major revamp.

    Obviously KFC spends money on the window dressing, but not on the food - where it counts.

    SA sucks still no WEBSITE available 2007 it is already 2009 going to 2010..................HELP HELP HELP...........MENU WITH PRICES..

    It's the same way in Canada, we have a website but no menu. And they deliver, so how the heck are you supposed to get an idea what to order? Poor business setup.

    no freekin website - no menu, no pricing ........ we are all sitting at work wondering what to eat, guess it is not going to be KFC today ...... your loss!

    i congrutulate you on your adverts. they are really inviting to the products.

    i am very disappointed to notify you that you staffs at the outlets are not at all friendly and the service sucks.

    especially at the suncoast durban.  whenever you go there there is no change and they make you wait and are apsoultely rude.

    i think you should have well versed managers in the social public field and how to handle customers.

    KFC REALLY NOW GET WITH THE PROGRAMME AT THIS VERY MOMENT I AM TRYING TO FIND A MENUE ON YOUR SO CALLED WEB SITE.Even a mate of mine with a tuck shop has a web site.

    Hi there i am really dissappointed with S.A KFC for not having a web site with the exubarant prices we are paying for here is a rip off and the chicken we are getting is disgrace. I moved from dbs to jhb and I was a regular at kfc when i could afford it. I moved to jhb and tried the kfc here the chicken was oilyyy, we had burnt chiken, the chicken was hard like rock and you could'nt taste the eleven herbs and spices which i think was hijacked. After eating this firts meal in jhb i ended up with dirreoha i thought that some thing else made me sick but when i bought this horrible chiken the second time i ended up with the same symtoms. now who do i complain to and who do i sue and who pays my medical bills and the time spent to stay at home when sick by eating this horrible chicken. KFC in SA must catch a big wke up or go back to the states.

    Hi, went to a KFC in Westville Dbn, there are so many staff there that they all look at each other to see who will take the first step to assist the customer. Eventually someone steps forward, I place the order and am then told they cannot take that order as they have No boneless chicken pieces. When you then tell them to uses normal chicken pieces that is also then a problem. After sorting that out with the manager, we are then told sorry no veggi bites today, but we can replace it with chip??? Come on KFC either advertise something that you can offer or close your doors. Maybe if you take half the staff out of this franchise , you would be able to afford a web site.oh but wait whats the point if half the stuff you advertise is not available.

    Well its pretty clear what KFC think about their customers and potential customers so Isay"stuff them" and I will start boycotting them today and send my  money Nando's or Chicken Licken's way - join me

    I entered a competition that was part of the KFC Parlotones promotion. I won speakers, they  asked for my postal address and ID which provided. I have still not recieve the speakers. Now I'm worried about whether it was a hoax and now someone has my details.

    I have always had good very fast service from KFC. I don't eat it often cause I watched one of the documentaries on how chickens get treated and I feel bad  for them.
    I don't feel guilty when I do have KFC. If the chickens were happy I'd eat KFC alot more.

    Wait until u go to KFC Hammanskraal it sucks, or its because they serve blacks, u will never be served with what you have ordered NEVER, de is always something thats not de.....im wondering what kind of a business s KFC running?

    I am a manager at a KFC in Texas, and what most people dont know is that KFC isn't a corporate chain of stores like Walmart. These stores are all franchise's meaning different companies own each store. I've managed 2 different KFC stores and the menus were totally different between each store. KFC only pays its crew members minimum wage most of the time, and its hard to provide quality service when your relying on a staff of people working for the lowest wage possible. They have a tendancy to not care and the employee turnover rate is very high. I struggle everyday constantly training firing and hiring and training all over again and I still dont have a full crew of reliable and hardworking eployees. Just think about all of the times that your at work and you feel like you don't care and you hate your job. It's not KFC to blame its the underpaid over worked people that work for them!

    Kfc regional office must,n ignore the hint of crime&corruption is been done by the workers of kfc in queenstown last month but one I met one of the workers of kfc in town he asks me about education qualification of Ayanda sikobongela which is j2004,he said I coming to phone to our regional office in port elizabeth to inform them that she is been employed in kfc because of nepotism her sister is the manager she said to the workers I going no where sissy Minni&Buti are knowing that and are scary&favor me.Ayanda never been educated at inkwanca never been study std9she is std5 lady but through nepotism&favouritism she employed through influence of her cousin sister but the company in port elizabeth must not ignore crime&corruption was exposed to them by the workers because is endup condeming the company capacity of the Managers if the ignore information exposed to them worst regional office in port elizabeth they know the scam of forgery of Ayanda or in favor&nepotism that is been shown by the local Managers to favor&guarantee nepotism that is practise the worker her work number is j2004 Ayanda sikobongela.it shows thatmanagers need to be capacitered&empowers not to promote nepotism&favouritism the must not betray the company because of nepotism.Port Elizabeth regiona office must take action about this because if high office ignore the information it will under estimated by the workers because they knew&aware of the forgery scam of ayanda sikobongela j2004 are favoured by the manager but lied to the company when she was employed.the company must asks her about education qualification lies&forgery cause is a crime before the law.
