I have been trying for months to resolve a problem with a little used pressure washer. I have copied some of the correspondence below and they will still do nothing.

This will be my second complaint regarding the pump not working on my husky pressure washer. I supposedly recieved a response from a husky representative regarding my first complaint but the number they give me is to Ryobi... The lady I spoke to at that company had no clue what I was talking about. I am firmly convinced that they will do nothing to address my issue as I have faced an continual stream of misdirection and an outright attemt to evade any responsibility for the defective products they sell. I could not be more unhappy with the way I have been treated and how poorly my business is regarded.

I demand that you repair or replace my pressure washer at once instead of shuffling me from person to person as I have been putting up with for months now. What is wrong with you people? It should be a simple matter and I have been given so many numbers and addresses and no one seems to take responsibility. The power washer says Husky so I hold you responsible fix this issue. I am so infuriated by this whole process that I fail to see how you stay in business as poor as your service is.

IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO NEVER PURCHASE A HUSKY PRODUCT. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE GARBAGE THE MAKE AND GIVE YOU SOME SIMULATED RESPONSE TO EVERY COMPLAINT THAT REALLY ONLY LEADS TO ANOTHER DEAD END. IF HUSKY IS INTERESTED IN MAKING THIS RIGHT THEY CAN CONTACT ME AT idaho23@msn.com I THINK IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE THEY DO THE RIGHT THING WITH THIS ISSUE.

In case anyone is still having trouble with the Husky HU80722, I have a suggestion or two. Mine just quite providing pressure after I ran some tree disease stuff through it and failed to clean it out afterwards. It messed up one of the six check valves. The original ones are plastic, but I found out there is an upgrade for these # AR42123 made of brass and steel, available from various places but the cheapest was on Ebay for $15 including shipping; arrived in three days! I replaced them, digging them out with a dentist tool which had a little angle tip, cleaned out each hole with a Dremell small round brush tool, lubricated the O-rings with silicone grease and pushed them back in with the head of a punch that would fit. Next problem. When I tried to start it, it only ran for  a short time them quit. Felt like it was locking up. To make a long story short, I found out the pump was very low on oil. There is a bolt with about a 5/8" head for checking and filling, couldn't find one for draining, so I just added new oil purchased at Home Depot for pressure washers to the bottom of the hole. That fixed the problem! It did spit out the thermo bypass valve a few times till the lubrication took effect, but now my power washer works! Hope this helps someone.
