unauthorized deductions from my checking account

Complaint

Country: Thailand
I viewed a web site offering a free credit report. With out using the service they have figured out my bank and have obtained my account number and have now been systematically withdrawing $14.95 every month. They ignore requests to discontinue the practice and have caused chaos with my banking.
I reported it to the local office of the FBI (Hartford, Con.) who didn't even have the decency to reply to my email.
What a country.

I too have been frauded, for the past few months.  If you google "pm identity" you'll find way to get money back, however this scam seems like most people can't get them to stop.

Today I received the second deduction from this company for $19.95. After asking my fiance about it, he says isn't that the same thing we were questioning from like a month ago?? He is at the bank now & they told him it was some kind of website. Now in looking online at all these Fraud claims for this company I am astonished at how long this has been going on with so many other people! I need more info, there's got to be more we can do to stop this! Absolutely ridiculas! I am calling every news channel and everything I can possibly think of!

I just noticed on my bill they've been charging me $19.95 for 11 months now.  Shame on me for not noticing it sooner.  Anyway they say I "signed up" for it when I accepted a $10 off coupon for something I ordered online.  They said it was a deal where it was free for 30 days then after that they automatically charge me unless I cancel.  Of course I don't remember seeing these terms or the contact.  I asked what service they provided me and the guy said, "nothing because I never set up the service."  But still they charged me for no service.  So they said they cancelled it.  On your credit card statement it should show their phone # and your account number.  Call them at 888-840-6301.  The guy let me talk to a "manager" who further explained the scam, but I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about it.  I'm going to attempt to see if I can get anything done through the Better Business Bureau.  The guy told me they're located in Desplanes, ILL, 60017.

I spoke to one of your representitives on Tuesday June 22, 2010. Although your refunded my unauthorized fee, my account was charged an overdraft fee of 34.00. I am requesting for you to refund me my overdraft fee also. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

My Chase account  shows ---PMIDENTITY $29.95 plus $1.00.   7/27.  I did not order this nor do I want it .  I have been trying to find a number to call to .get a refund  .But Annoyed at pmidentity (4 March) above lists 888-840-6301   .  But think of    the people who may not have noticed this charge?   Why do we     have to trouble ourselves to correct  something that we didn't authorize.? I'll try.  If they won't  refund, I'll notify the Chase Fraud Unit

Banks & any financial Institutions will be notified about unauthorized transactions that PM identity is conducting.  The Fraud center will be notified at every bank institution that I can come in contact with.  This is what people are sceptic about the internet and I will make it my mission to make sure that this BS company will get what they deserve. All local news channels and everyone that I can inform will be informed! Good luck, you will need it on this one. You have pissed the wrong person off! You all are thieves and people if you are viewing this website, ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!

This company is fraudulent.  It has caused me a lot of grief.  I did not sign up for this service.  I am going to get all of my money back plus the overages the bank charged.  Do not stop asking for your money back all of it.  It was your money and they took it unknowing to you.  Check back on this site I will have something interesting to tell you in a few days.  Call the  number on your statement.  They will make it right, they have no other choice.  I am still not done with them.

I also found fraudulent charges on my account from PM identity.  I called the number listed and they said they are refunding my money but we will see if that happens.  This is definetly a scam and I hope someone is able to stop them soon.

We should all ban together to get legal action and put them out commission.  Plus get something for all the hassel and late fees that was charged to our accounts. This is just the tip of the iceberg.  I can't imagine how many more people were and are scammed by them.

This is the number you should call to get your money back.  Tricia at 602-452-8986.  She is a manager and she can get your money back all of it and don't stop until she does.   You can get your money back if you are consistant and pressure the people by threating a lawsuit even tho they say they can only give you 6 months of payments back.  That is a lie they need to reimburse you for all they took. It was fadulent without you knowing.  Don't let them tell you any different.   I didn't and I got all my money back and I am not comnpletely satisfied.

Did you get your money back?  Read my last post.  This is not right that they got our information in the first place.  I am not finished but I trying some lawful avenues so this will not happen again.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my cc for $19.95. I had never ever heard of PMidentity. They wanted a member number before they would talk to me. How can I possibly have a member number for something I know nothing about.I was fumeing mad. I told them I would be getting ahold of the attorney generals office in my state and file a complaint. How in the h@ll can these people blantanly steal others peoples monies from there accounts and get away with it?? They should all be in prison where thieves live. The money ended back in my account the following day. I am just glad I noticed this earlier than a lot of folks have and did not give them $100's of dollars. They must be making a mint off of unsuspecting victims of there scams. How sad is this?
