Complaint

Country: Thailand
I viewed a web site offering a free credit report. With out using the service they have figured out my bank and have obtained my account number and have now been systematically withdrawing $14.95 every month. They ignore requests to discontinue the practice and have caused chaos with my banking.
I reported it to the local office of the FBI (Hartford, Con.) who didn't even have the decency to reply to my email.
What a country.

I just found a charge on my account for $19.95 from the same company (if you want to call it that).  I called them and they said I canceled one of the accounts but never canceled their account.  Who are they? and how can we stop this scam?

PM Identity, is nothing more than a get rich moderately so you will not notice it being taken out of your credit card, thankfully someone had jacked my credit card #, so the credit card froze my account than I asked what was being charged & how much, turns out PM Identity was using an old address I no longer live there, so my account is froze, thank you Fraud Dept. otherwise I would never had found out

just got back from the bank because i noticed a withdraw from our account for 39.95 when i didn't spend that money. the bank said it was a company called PM identity i've never heard of this company and from what i've read, nor did i have my credit checked. i'm am disappointed in this withdraw because i'm unemployed, the money they are taking from my account is taking food from my children's mouth. i'd like to see if anyone / or law firm is filing a law suit against this company, and if it is going to be a civil matter so all that have been affected will be compensated for or losses. if anyone knows anything please reply.

I was frauded by this service since I did a credit search in Feb. 2010. This outfit for almost $600 out of me until I spotted a charge on a credit card bill and researched it. I was totally unaware of what they had done. Crooks.

I have been very ill for the last 18 months. Recently I was able to review my bills and discovered that I have been charged $30.95 per month for more than a year. I have contacted them and American Express has contacted tham on my behalf. They will not respond or discontinue

I was just notified from my bank today and this was brought up. I don't keep a good look at my cc bc I don't use it often. It is a card I used after college to combine 3 other cc. They have been robbing my account since 2008. I have cancelled the cc but u want my money back all of it! This is horrible and I'm in tears!

I just found out that they have been deducting from my account since 2007¡  yes that makes me an idiot for not catching it long ago....but they got me for over 2000 dollars.  How do I get it all back?  Has anyone gotten legal counsel yet?

I just discovered charges to my account going back over two years. I keep track of things through a different method and don't normally use the statement, so did not notice until I needed some other information. My husband is a disabled Veteran with cognitive difficulties and I believe him when he said no matter how messed up he is he would never give out our account information. This is all so wrong, we're living hand to mouth as it is and a charge of $34.95 a month is hard to take. Bloody Hell!!!!
