this company should be put out of business!!! Misleading advertising and you don't get the particulars until you have committed your credit card😕
After I sent an email telling them to cancel this order, all I got was assurance I had been removed from their auto-delivery system😕
Now I have received the product which I told them I don't want and have no address to return it to!!!
Product sent by third party and no address for them either....this is just wrong!!!!!
I wrote an email to the customer service dept that assured me of no FURTHER deliveries asking for an address to return what I have received and have had no response😢
These people are crooks!!!! Plain and simple!!!
I am calling my credit card company to stop this billing Insm sure will be coming for what they sent me!!!!
Stop this company from duping other people!!!!

Exactly the same. The attorney general must open an investigation. I have filed a complaint with the AG's office.

George, yes we need to do that - they never disclosed the price of the two products - one was branded as NOVA and the other one was DermaGen. All the ad says is that you only pay free shipping. Once you give them the credit card number, you are swindled. What they do is send you the free sample immediately and then charge your card for shopping at that time. On 4/9/16 my credit card said they charged the $4.99. What they do is wait 30 days and then bill you the full amount. $86.14. I didn't notice it until my second credit card bill came in May and I saw the $86.14 on May 9,2016. I called immediately and was told I checked a box. I told them I did no such thing. All the advertising page said was that I was only to pay for free shipping of $4.99. The order receipt came by email and there was absolutely nothing on it like a receipt indicating that I was being charged $86.14 plus $4.99 shipping. This is a total scam and there is probably issued with tax. I tried to get the name of the company president and address and they refused to divulge it. I finally told them that I knew this was FRAUD and that is when they told me they would give me a credit. I told the. Flat out that if there was any information indicating that this product coat $86.14 retail, I never would have given it the time of day. I also mentioned that I was reporting them to the FTC. I really think we should all call the Federal Trade Commission and report this company for FALSE ADVERTISING.

Phyllis. Just wanted to tell you it is not impossible to cancel order. I completely understand the anger & frustration. I called the phone number on the bottle ( Nova Care Serum ) & my order was canceled that day. They DO try to keep you by offering other solutions but just keep saying, " I want my order canceled please." They HAVE to ask ?? & make offers but DO cancel the monthly  order! The phone # for H&E Web Solutions LLC in CA is

This number is on the Nova care bottle 855-282-2962. I haven't tried it yet, but had the SAME problems as stated above. Unauthorized deduction of $99.00 when I expected $4.95 shipping charges for a SAMPLE of this product. I'm going to file a complaint re false advertising and fraud.

I am so floored by the crooks that advertised a FREE SAMPLE for trial of the Nova Care Serum for your face. I signed up and paid the shipping fee of $4.95. I received an entire bottle (50mL) of the serum 2 weeks later that was completely cracked and leaking. They charged my credit card $99.00 last night at midnight. When I called the number for customer service provided by my bank, I was sent to a company called BIONATURAL who is the responsible party for shipping and account information. The rep told me that they WOULD NOT refund this transaction because when I signed up for the free trial, it clearly stated in a disclaimer that I had 12 days to try the product and call and cancel BEFORE the trial period was over and that I would have to send the product back at my own shipping costs. I spoke to her manager and explained that I had just received the trial bottle 2 days ago and she said "sorry it must have been delayed due to the holidays, and I will give you a 25% discount." I informed her that the bottle was cracked and leaking and therefore not of use to me, and she told me to ship it back to them at my own cost, gave me the address in Georgia, an RMA code to write on the package, and then I am supposed to receive a tracking number, track it, and then call them back when it is confirmed to be delivered, and then they will give me a refund!! Seriously? So no trial, no product, I'm out over $115.00 until they receive their broken bottle that was late in the first place and then I get my &99.00 that was not authorized in the first place back within weeks hopefully. Never again will I fall for this deceiving advertising. I tried to research them, and they go through many different distributers and there are no negative reviews. There is no technical home website to write reviews. This is the first one I came across. Spread the word. Someone is living large off of our dime somewhere.

It's a cramming scam.. replies to Rachel Wright
All of these "free trial for shipping and handling" offers are scams.

Supposedly it was a "free trial", yet they charged you anyway.  Supposedly you could cancel, or you could have, but "so sorry", your shipment just happened to arrive AFTER the "12 day cancellation period".  Supposedly, they could have refunded if you returned it, but "so sorry", it was "damaged".  But first you have to get an RMA number, or maybe a "refund form", or whatever...

Every element of what happened was designed to part you from your money.  That's how these scams are constructed.

Rachel...just wanted you to know I completely get your frustration. Honestly, the " free for shipping" products are not ALL scams. You must read the terms of agreement if you don't find any boxes checked off that tell you about monthly charges to your account after using product certain amount of time. It is ALWAYS written in the first couple of paragraphs under " terms of agreement." Read this always before submitting order. I canceled my order today when another bottle arrived & I was sure I checked before submitting for free product.
The phone # for H&E Internet Web Solutions LLC in CA is 855-282-2962 . Just keep repeating " I want my account canceled".

Send your bank a written dispute..
mailed to the dispute address from your statement, disputing the charge as fraudulent.  Also, have your bank IMMEDIATELY, block your card number or shut down your account, or you may find they shove through additional fraudulent charges.  That's how the game is played.

Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

I am in the process of cancelling payment with my bank. They will never be able to charge from me again. If they have a problem with that, come and get me, game on!

Should be illegal to misrepresent an expensive useless purchase as a free trial.
