this company should be put out of business!!! Misleading advertising and you don't get the particulars until you have committed your credit card😕
After I sent an email telling them to cancel this order, all I got was assurance I had been removed from their auto-delivery system😕
Now I have received the product which I told them I don't want and have no address to return it to!!!
Product sent by third party and no address for them either....this is just wrong!!!!!
I wrote an email to the customer service dept that assured me of no FURTHER deliveries asking for an address to return what I have received and have had no response😢
These people are crooks!!!! Plain and simple!!!
I am calling my credit card company to stop this billing Insm sure will be coming for what they sent me!!!!
Stop this company from duping other people!!!!

I cant find a number to call for this rip off company that charged my account $99.00 this morning. I never buy these items but I did and now paying for it! If anyone has a number or email to share I would appreciate it.  The link on the website for customer service doesn't work!

I finally found a number to call.  I did get a complete refund on my credit card already.  I stayed on the phone and argued until she agreed to give me the money back.  I'm sure it's all part of the game.  They make it hard for you to contact them.  Wasted my whole morning but I received a credit and supposedly there will be no more charges to my account from them.

I fell for the same ripoff (oh vanity!). They work in conjunction with RahlfWeb Inc.

Debbie their phone number is 1-844-286-4309. Call your bank and tell them you want to put in a claim for the $99.00, and then call these people and tell them you want a full refund. They will give you the runaround, but if you tell them you filed a claim with your bank, if you insist, you may get a refund.

Same as last person....  called bank , they blocked all future charges....then contacted the contact number given to me from the bank.  I heard "sorry" so many times, but after keeping them on the phone and not giving in, they finally said they would credit my account.  I got the customer contact persons name, a confirmation number, and a confirmation email....I honestly did not think the money would be refunded as I heard NO , I am SORRY so many times....but yes it did get returned to my card.  Just be a pain in their butt on the phone, waste their time....as I am sure they are paid for sales, not refunds....It did take a while, but worth it for a refund on 128.00

See the post above by Elizabeth B. This fraudulent company's phone number is 1-844-286-4309. This guy tried everything under the sun, threatening me, etc. I told him my bank is filing a fraudulent claim on them and I want you to return the FULL AMOUNT of $99.15. When he knew I had filed a fraud claim with my bank, he said fine, I'll refund the full amount, and he did within a couple of days.

I called 844-246-9462...spoke with Tasha said she was canceling any future charges. I advised her to cancel current charges as well, said she couldn't do that,  I told her let me speak with someone who can....your Supervisor!  She put me on hold to transfer my call to Supv. ..10 min. later she came back said was now transferring.... after another 10 min. the line went dead.  Immediately rang back and spoke with Gie where I asked him to verify notations made on my account.  He said the account has been cancelled and the charge of $99.15 and $86.15  had been canceled also.  Gave me a confirmation # and email address.  I asked for the home headquarters address and this is what he gave me: 1885 B-  Beaver Ridge Circle, Norcross, Ga. 30091  with a  Tel# 1-855-282-2962..  I have not as yet confirmed this information~

The phone number is actually 1-844-286-4309, given to me by my bank when I put in a claim for a refund.

My credit card was just charged $99.15 and $86.15 for a trial size of Novacare Serum and Derma Gen Cream.  I called the company at 844-529-0384 and they gave me the run around about how I checked a box allowing them to charge my credit card whenever and whatever they wanted.  I am sick.  Is there no decency in this world anymore?  Do I have any recourse on this scam?  Is there something else I can do?  Someone I should call?

Around the 3rd of July I saw an ad on the internet implying that this was a Christie Brinkley product. They had an ad that said you can get a "FREE" sample, which ended up being $4.95 with handling cost. Sounded reasonable as I wanted to see if I actually liked the product. And I assumed I would be hearing from them again wanting me to purchase the various products. But I didn't hear from them......however, today, June 18th, I called my bank's automated service to check my balance. I almost flipped when there was a charge on there for $99.15. I called my bank to see what the heck this was. It turned out that this company SUPPOSEDLY had a note somewhere when I ordered the "FREE" sample that if you didn't contact them within 12 days you would automatically start paying for a lot more of their products.  There was nothing on the site when I ordered the free sample that said this (unless it was hidden somewhere that one would never notice). When I explained to the bank that I had NOT ordered anything but the sample, they put in a claim for me. She also said, would you like their phone number? And I said by all means give it to me (1-844-286-4309). I called them, and the "gentleman" pretty much told me I was stuck with the $99.15 because of the supposedly 12-day notice. I told him I didn't order anything except the sample and wasn't going to pay this amount. He pretty much said I would be paying it. I told him that I had already put in a claim with my bank. He then wanted to know if I put the claim in with my bank before I asked for their phone number. I said I didn't ask for your phone number. I put in the claim and the bank official in the end asked me if I wanted your number, and I said by all means. So then he says, I'll make a deal with you and reduce the charge to $49.99. In no uncertain terms I told him I wanted the full $99 returned to my bank account. At that point he said, we will put in a refund for the full $99.15. So I will see.....he said it would take approx. 3 days.

Yes, this company should be put out of business. Call your bank and put in a claim, and then call the above number and tell them you want a refund NOW!!

What a fraud!  My story is the same as all the others I just read on this site.  The site I foolishly looked at and ordered was purporting to be from Christie Brinkley.  Now when I look at a site with produce carrying her endorsement it shows nothing about the Nova Care serum.  When I got my bill for TWO bottles at $98.15/each I called the number on my credit card bill, and was told I hadn't canceled within 14 days.  I received no real information, finally hung up, and called the credit card company.  I was told they had an agreement with the company, and would stop any payment, stop the "automatic" monthly charge, and if I wanted to try to find an address could ship the second bottle back to them at my expense.  Or not.  Returning it was my choice, and their agreement with the fraud (my word) company didn't require that anything not really ordered be returned.  I was also warned to carefully watch my credit card bills, and they have been known to use the credit card information to put other items on the bill.  Buyer beware - don't fall for freebies from companies about which you know nothing.

I got ripped off just like the rest of you but by the time I got my bank statement they have me for over 200.00 the bank is trying to get it back for me I hope they can  because the company refused to give me anything even though  I had  cancelled right away he told me the E-mail wasn't good enough that i had to phone my cancellation in. This company is so fraudulent I hope they can shut them down and make them pay back to the people they stole from.
