FRAUDULENT CHARGES AGAINST MY BANK ACCOUNT

Because I couldn't find a job and I am an ex-banker, I thought it would be a good idea to team up with Full Speed Funding as I had worked in obtaining business credit card business, which this company does. I received a call from a company selling this idea, can't remember the first company name. Caller said they would help me get a refund of approximately $149 that I had paid to previous name but changed their name to Full Speed Funding. I authorized the first named account for the $149 and the newest name business, $95. They never helped me retrieve the first amount. I authorized the $95, but they took $495. $400 without my authorization. I called them, taking me to a recording and finally talking with what I think to be a Black man from Houston, whose first name is Charles. Charles said they would be sending me a check for the $495 next week, which never came. Called a few weeks later said company going through changes and would let me know after this change to send my money. Never called or sent. This started in 2010 and continues to this date. I have notified the Phoenix Police, the FBI and now you.

Some such fraudulent schemes will try a second time to get more money out of their victims. This is called "reloading", and it is quite common. They figure that if you were suckered once, you might be suckered again.
One such pretense is that they are some different company "trying to get your money back". It's just another con.

After having our client database stolen and having our clients sold advertising we have nothing to do with I also would like to get my hands around the people doing this. I have a meeting with the Attorney General in regards to this as well. However if you would like some free training please call so we can help. I'm very sorry if you were a victim of the cruel individuals claiming to be involved with my company and have been working 16 hour days taking personal calls because of the severity of the situation.
Although the business started out with all of the best intentions in the world it seems you can't throw yourself into an industry known for it's controversial practices and think you can change everything in it.
Looking back now.....due to the original nature of the industry itself along with the network of people working in it I believe Full Speed Funding was doomed from the start...
In an attempt to allow the truth out I will not mention any names of any individuals other than myself.
When I first started FSF with a partner we had teamed up with a merchant company that had been selling cash advances to businesses needing Capitol to grow. The profit on these loans were rather large and the owner of that merchant company had explained to us that we could revolutionize the home based business industry by offering agents that buy an affiliation with us a chance to capitalize on the huge commissions from cash advances.
As it was explained to myself and my partner the approval rate of 90% for a cash advance was the key to the success we would all see in a time of bank failure and economic disaster.
If we were to give "company X" 20% of the advertising dollars spent by agent's to allow a call center to call business needing loans than our agents and the owners of the companies involved would reap the benefits of catching the perfect opportunity at the perfect time. I had no idea that the 20% or almost 1 million dollars given to this company would be pocketed less about 300,000.00 for appearances of work being done.
This went on for 1st year while myself and my partner asked the owner of the merchant company why his promises never came to fruition. The excuses of the industry following the economic downfall were all we ever heard.
After a full year of fulfilling our end of the bargain which was to bring on new agents and pay out 20% of the advertising spent to have live calls go out to business needing cash we realized we would never be successful allowing this merchant company to work with our agents money.
After year 1 we made arrangements to buy out the merchant company and start calling the businesses ourselves. All though the results were 200% better that the previous year it still wasn't enough to give our agents the money they were promised.
After year 2 my partner had left and kindly explained that due to my stress level and return to an addiction I had managed to stay away from for almost 2 years that I should probably wind everything down.
Thinking that there was a better way to "fix" everything I had continued along making bad decision after bad decision allowing the many greedy hands around me to fully entangle themselves into the failing system and bring it down even faster.
After allowing several companies to sell our model using different branding names I called it quits while watching these other entities who eventually stole Full Speed Fundings database of agents continue to represent themselves as FSF and further destroy an already ruined system.
Although FSF is no longer around there have been several ideas brought to the table to remedy the destruction caused and attempt to make things right with FSF agents that either spent time or money with the company.
I am attempting to put together a list of all the agents still looking for answers so that I have a starting point to work with.

I joined Full Speed Funding to become a merchant contractor which I know was alegitimate business. I put over $5000 into this so I could get my first 20 merchants and have some extra money on the side. Now I have lost all my money and I'm working with a company called Essential Planning which I thought was part of the package to get my Business Plan in order. I now have no business and no money to put into another business. Please keep me informed on your progress and any movement I can get involved with to get my money back.
