Insurance Leads for their borrowers

After several conversations and getting a referral, on 2/22/12 Brad Scott of Southern Home Loans sent an agreement guaranteeing that I would write 30 homeowner insurance policies from their leads, regardless the number it took for a cost of $360. All leads would be verified as wanting insurance and wanting to talk to an insurance agent. From the start, none of the leads I received were prepared for my call; my complaint was met with a promised adjustment and I was transferred from Brad to Andy for further assistance. After 2 weeks, now the leads totaling 17 and still none had been verified, the lead didn't know who Southern Home Loans were, the lead didn't recall talking to anybody from Southern Home Loans about insurance and none of the leads wanted an insurance agent to call or quote their home. I complained again to Andy. On 3/23/12 he had Ashley Mendez, SHL Supervisor, fax a Refund Agreement for $360; calling for my signature. I signed and fax'd back. Andy called saying the check would be mailed the following Tuesday 3/27. On 4/19 they quit answering my phone messages and emails on 4/27/2012 I made a report to the BBB in Southern California, I've still not received the refund
