WORSE THAN NO HELP CORPORATE POLICY OF POOR SERVICE

I HAVE A LITTLE USED PRESSURE WASHER THAT HUSKY REFUSES TO REPAIR OR REPLACE. WORSE THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND REFER ME TO HOMELITE FOR REPAIR. HOMELITE INDICATES THEY DO NOT MAKE THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE NEVER SERVICED THIS ITEM AND THAT HUSKY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UNIT. ON THEIR WEBSITE A HUSKEY EMPLOYEE WROTE:
09/02/10 13:20: Management, board members, as well as the CEO, do not address matters where a customer does not follow the proper procedures outlined for them to follow concering warranty service and support for the product.

I GET THIS SAME TYPE OF MESSAGE EVERY TIME I CALL OR WRITE TO THE COMPANY, YET HOMELITE ALWAYS TELLS ME THAT THEY DO NOT MANUFACTURE OR SERVICE THIS PRODUCT. MY LAST RESPONSE FROM THEM WAS:

SOUNDS TO ME AS IF COMPANY POLICY AND PROCEDURE IS TO IGNORE CUSTOMERS AND THIER ISSUES UNTIL THEY GO AWAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NONE OF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH HUSKY UNLESS YOU WANT POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE.

WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND I HAVE THE SAME ONES AS THE REST OF THE CUSTOMERS I HAVE IT IN MIND TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND PROVIDE HIM WITH ALL THE POSTS ABOUT THE HOME DEPOT BRAND HUSKY. ALL YOU DO IS RUN PEOPLE AROUND AFTER PRODUCING GARBAGE ! I THINK HOME DEPOT BETTER GET BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND FIX THESE PUMPS SO THEY WORK LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO NOT RUN THEM 3 TIMES OR SO AND THEY DONT WORK ANY MORE. IT ISNT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. YOUR CEO HIDES BEHIND YOUR COORPERATE BULL [***] AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS RIP OFF THE PUBLIC. IM GOING TO HOME DEPOT AND IM GOING TO DO AN INVESTIGATION ON ALL YOUR PRODUCTS YOU SELL AND SEE JUST HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THERE ARE WITH YOU RIPPING OF PEOPLE. YOUR COMPANY HAS SOME FRIGGING NERVE TO DO WHAT YOU DO ON PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY. PROVE TO ME YOUR GOING TO DO SOMETHING OR THE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO REVOLT RIGHT HERE ON THE COMPUTER.
