CALLING AND STATING THAT I OWE MONEY

A company by the name of cfs  (888-578-2146)called representing alpine direct and stated that i had a made a loan in 2011 which i did not  and then proceeded to tell me that i owed $570 plus $1,500 in court costs  i immediately went to my bank and they checked 2009, 2010 2011 and 2012 and nothing is  shown as going into my account - this kind of stuff needs to be stopped  how many people are paying these fees
