I received a message today that I've been subscribed to Hello tunes service. The message goes on informing about fees and saying I just downloaded a tune. I didn't not. Maybe someone hacked my cell phone account or mistakenly used my account number.
I tried to reach customer service at AirTel but I keep getting disconnected every time I call.

Rs. 304.28 have been charged or say looted by Airtel from my account on 20/05/2008, and when I complained to Airtel call centre they replied that I have downloaded some games from "AIRTEL LIVE".
I had not used any service nor I used Airtel Live, (also I don't have any GPRS service activated).
Now I feel cheated and fooled as I cannot do anything and even when I know that I am true and right.
I am not getting any proper response or reply from any of Customer Service centres.
Now I am planning to stop using Airtel Prepaid services and switchover to some other Mobile Operator.

will Airtel please respond as the phone customer care services is useless as i am unable to reach the executive and only keep listening to prerecorded messages.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am costomer of Airtel Since 2006. Recently I am facing problem of network. Though there is showing network Towers on Mobile Sceen Incoming and Outgoing Calls are Showing offline. From 26 July 2008 service is 'WORST'. No Incoming and No Outgoing and not giving proper information why this happening when approched to Costomer Care as the calls are cuting durinng the process to reach to the C.C. Executive . Even the messages are failed 90 times out of 100.
We want to continue the Airtel as our best service provider. Please igve us uninterpted service.

We are facing problem of network since 3 days. Network is jammed from both sides. Please take care.
