I didn't not subscribe to Hello Tunes

I received a message today that I've been subscribed to Hello tunes service. The message goes on informing about fees and saying I just downloaded a tune. I didn't not. Maybe someone hacked my cell phone account or mistakenly used my account number.

I tried to reach customer service at AirTel but I keep getting disconnected every time I call.

    My account Rs.30 has been deducted for the second tme.A message that friends chat service has been activated came for which I had not subscribed for.I tried t contact with customer care for many times but of no use, I need to refund the same.Its a harrasment to customer and I now feel like using other othr mobile operator service.

    Dear Sir,

    your costumer care personal from Ahmadabad division  un necessary harasing and looting the money without taking any service by me. yesterday when I was in meeting , some your service center boy make me call, that your no. is selected for......

    I stop his call. but that fellow did, a song is sent to me and deduct some amount from my account on 29/06/2010
    I don,t want to use any service accept Calls so pl.stop such type of tactice to increase the company profit by looting the people of India .

    I am satisfied with your service , but if your service center adopt such type of tactics then I have to plan stop using Airtel Prepaid services and switchover to some other Mobile Op

    i want to deactivate my hello tune for that last 20 days i am trying but airtel customer care and airtel branches not giving proper deactivation procedure.....
    very worst service....
