Man called and left a message, stated his name is William Rogers, very heavy Indian accent. States "legal action has begun it's journey" and that I should have my "retain attorney" call him back immediately at 209-386-9554. If not it could turn into a "legal mess."

This [***] called me from 209-386-9554 and said his name was Jon Baker and he had a heavy indian accent. Dumbass is a liar and doesn't give any credentials. Don't fall for this scam.

Same call also received it from a different number a few months ago. This call was from William Rogers the last was from another famous deceased person. I complained to the FTC but I don't expect any action. If I receive it again I am going to be Agent Coulson of the FBI and let them know we are monitoring their activity.

I received a call on my cell that was a pre-recorded woman, stating that there are serious allegations pressed on my name.  They wanted me to call back before taking legal action against me.  Left the number 209-386-9554.

I just received a recording that there are 4 allegations against me and the cops are going to get me if I do not respond.  Yesterday it was a recording that IRS is suing me.  I tried calling back and it was a busy signal and then again someone who does not speak English.  Now come on - this is out of hand.
