Man called and left a message, stated his name is William Rogers, very heavy Indian accent. States "legal action has begun it's journey" and that I should have my "retain attorney" call him back immediately at 209-386-9554. If not it could turn into a "legal mess."

I received a message with a woman’s voice. I called back and the woman claimed she was officer lynn rivers and said that I had 4 pending allegations. She gave me false cop credentials and said if I hang up They would take legal action against me. The thing is, She said it was tax forms from 2011-2016. The problem, I wasn’t working in 2011-2014. I gave her a false year and she agreed that it was that year. She passed me off to another man and when he realized I would actually involve my father in my affairs he hung up after giving me instructions. This was ‭(209) 386-9554‬ . Do not pick up, do not call back.

I got this call yesterday. It was a man with a very heavy indian accent. Once I asked him for his Federal Employee ID# he told me he had a "medium size d@cK and wanted to plant his warm seed in my womb." He basically sexually assaulted me for several minutes! He continued to say crude things, and when I told him I was recording him to send to the Attorney General and Homeland security he laughed. He said "they can't do anything to me, we are all guilty of something." I said well as long as you are on the phone with me you can't call another victim! It's sad that they will just start using a different number and that there are still people that fall for this scam.

Got this exact scam. As was noted above ""Next 24 hours and once ___ expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is," but the number was 310-734-2598 (a California area code, a Hispanic accent)
