Called again at 3:00 pm today.  I have put the block on phone and have a phone number of 850-473-1276.  I assume this is a bogus number as it has been in the past.   I have reported many times to do not call services to no good.

They appear to be calling from Pensacola FL.
You might try contacting the Florida AG.

People getting these calls who want to help put a stop to them should go to the web site www.heatherwithaccountservices.com to get the info on the real identities of the criminals behind this scam and the agencies to report them to using this info.  Reporting them using the fake names they give out (Card Services, Financial Services, etc.) or the fake phone numbers that they illegally cause to show up on your Caller ID does little good.

The most likely one of the several criminal telemarketers behind this scam is American Debt Negotiators, and you can get the information about them and the links of the agencies to report them to at the above web site.  They also should be reported to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services (ADN is based in Florida, and this is the agency that polices telemarketers) and your own state attorneys general office.

I was sent to ASI even though I paid my bill. I sent dispute letter and proof of payment by certified mail. ASI calls every day.  I dont answer the phone as I have no desire to speak with them. if they contunie to call I will report this to the FTC and State Attorney.  I have written to the original debtor which is a local hospital and they have ignored my letters also sent certified in case this ends up in court.  ASI is located in Jacksonville Florida.

Our buiness gets these constantly. I thought I'd play the game and pressed "1" to speak to someone. When they answered, I asked them to please remove our number and they promptly hung up. Today, I wrote down the # 228-209-9560. I called right back but it's a bogus #.

I also replied to this number. When I told them that I googled them, then they hung up on me.  I called the number228-209-9560 to receive a non-working message.

Got two this week. Both times caller id says 407-000-4925. Recorded msg says "Rachel from Cardholder Services". I pressed 9 both times to speak with a rep. First time I asked what company they were, they hung up on me. Second time he answered "Account Services". When I asked for a number to call them back on, they hung up on me immediately. They've called a number of times before. Reported them to Donotcall.gov & it does nothing b/c I can't get the correct info to give them I'm sure.

Just called the FTC 1-877-382-4357 to report them as another forum suggested.  Lady took my info & gave me a reference number. I was done in a few minutes.  She did say it was important to report them to the Donotcall.gov site as well each time they call. (Which I have done)

I am a private investigator and this is the new address for the call center that has been making all the illegal robo calls to you people..
1642 west airport blvd in Sanford Florida.  Google that address and the map will display the location.  the phone number is 1 888 356 6357. you should get a message to speak with someone in human resources.  This is a huge illegal robo dialing call center that has been in business for awhile.  most of the posts on this site im certain are because of this particular organization originally operating in Tampa then moved to primera blvd in lake Mary Florida now they are located in Sanford FL.  Its easy to get all the info you need to these people.  all you have to do is cooperate and give them your cc number.  They cant charge you until you consent.  Thats the only way they can for certain take your money.  they will eventually give you all the info you need if you talk to a "closer" I did some digging and found out that a Blake Curtis owns and runs this entire operation.  see this link here: http://forums.hmoob.com/showthread.php?t=71434
they are calling Canada now instead of the united states most likely to dodge any legalities.  I've investigated fully and What they do is have about 60 unlicensed people to answer phones that this call center robot dials out all across the country.  if you press 1 you'll get any one of these commission payed reps.  pressing 2 does nothing.  the reps are average nobody's that they hire off the street with no real qualifications and will talk you into giving up your credit card number and they will verify if you have debt and if you have availability on your visa or mc by calling your lender.  if you have availability on your credit card they will hand over the deal sheet to a closer "financial adviser" notice the quotes, who is nothing more than some guy or girl unlicensed and has no official title or education to be an adviser.  just some random people that are hired within to close the deal so they make a killing in commission off of you.  All the employees are on a commission based pay scale where I'm sure they are required to make a weekly quota in sales.  then you go to a verification where you agree on a recording to let them charge your card for these ridiculous bull crap services.  then you eventually get scheduled to talk to a financial adviser who again is nothing more than some other random employee in the call center who will call the bank and try to lower your cc interest rates with you on the phone.  All of this is scripted and each person is trained to take you through the Bull crap process.  The banks will do nothing of the sort like the closers promise you who got you scheduled to get you to sign up for these services in the first place.  at best you will get your rate reduced by a couple of percents but its not permanent by any means.  the best they do is transfer balance and get you a 0 percent APR with a Citibank visa or discover card for 3-6 months.  all of which you can do yourself. then they will try to talk you into consolidation or debt settlement.  meanwhile you just payed anywhere from $690 to $1990 on your credit card and are now screwed to ever get that back.  you cant back out of it.  you will not get your money back.  the only way to get your money back is to threaten the company that you had a dispute with your lender in regards to these services.  but you only have 3 days in which to claim that legally. They will show you on an analysis that you helped provide them that you can save money if you pay off one debt and then use what you were paying on the previous debt to put towards your other bills etc etc till everything is payed off.  just for that little bit of common sense knowledge is how they are charging you money.  as long as you have debt and have availability they will get you to join.  they will rebuttal everything you say and will even build a relationship with you.  the website they provide is www.myunitedfinancial.org  they claim to be based in San Francisco California. the number they give is 1 800 672 1771 all of which is provided on this site.  Hope this helps, I've spent a lot of time investigating these guys as they have called me several times.  I had fun and I got my money back.  I can report these guys anytime i want, but i put this here for you to report if you so choose.  Have a good day!!

What a wonderful concise report.  I've been getting these calls for months and months and even called the FCC who said they could do nothing. Seems like you really did your homework. So  I'll  just copy your message and send it to the 300 people on my email list and if we can save even one poor one unsuspecting soul I feel we might have helped. If you press 1 or anything of the sort you will get more and more calls so just hang up when you start to hear the message. Thanks again.

A lot of very specific information on procedures you provided.  You sound more like either a disgruntled fired employee, or a competitor that got a disgruntled exemployee to stop give you all of the info.

888-293-4792 - Just received an UNSOLICITED, UNREQUESTED, and ILLEGAL Automated Auto-Dialer Phone Call from "Annie" at "Account Services". She was calling to offer to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. Call offers NO Opt-Out Option whatsoever, which is also ILLEGAL. "Annie" also states that I have to call this number immediately to receive this special offer from them. Reporting to the FCC and BBB immediately. Yet another scam company violating numerous Federal Laws. ALL of my numbers are on the DO-NOT-CALL List.

They are definitely still at it; my Account Services rep got creative though she told me their corporate number and it led to a porn service. Wow, wasn't that creative of her? So, if you get a call from Sarah and she gives you 1-800- 345-3825, don't call back and ask to be removed from her list...

Now they're doing it by mail. Got letter today offering me a 60% discount to settle my overdue bill. I have no overdue bills. Needless to say, I've turned it over to LA fraud department.  The letter came from Account Services USA, 1802 NE Loop 410, Ste. 400, San Antonio, TX 78217 (210) 882-1757, (866) 538-9861, Reference bank as Applied Bank.  It went to my business address, which would never happen as my creditors know where I live.  There is a footnote indicating for prompt credit, payments and correspondence must be mailed directly to his office, but the return address on the pay stub to send with the payment is Dept 612, PO Box 4115 Concord, CA 94524.  There has to be a law against all this.

He claimed he was calling from an 800 number in Orlando, Fl.Lying seems to be one of their most prominate attributes. He hung up on me when i asked him a couple of questions.
This outfit is one of the scumbag groups of mother earth.

I, like so many people on here, has been repeatedly harassed by the 'Account Service' company.  They call at least three times a day, even after I've placed my phone number on the do not call list.  This most recent time, i got fed up and yelled at them.  well they started cursing me and basically telling me that they can never be found. I suspect, by the accents, these calls are all oversees.  They say they're in Largo, FL but I highly doubt that.  I don't understand why the FTC cannot curb this type of rampant solicitation..  If anyone has other suggestions, please share.

I received a call yesterday and again today, warning me that "this is a warning, and it's the last chance to take advantages of their services".  Yesterday it was Stephanie Butler and today it was Brian --wouldn't give his last name.

I told Steph that I would report them to "do not call", since my name is in that list.  "It hasn't served you very well, has it" she said.

Brian was really nasty when I pressed him for his last name, and the name of the company.  The belligerent conversation continued for a couple minutes, then he hung up on me.

I have received many calls befor yesterday, but never hit the 1 as they suggest.
