Called again at 3:00 pm today.  I have put the block on phone and have a phone number of 850-473-1276.  I assume this is a bogus number as it has been in the past.   I have reported many times to do not call services to no good.

    I am receiving calls as well. I am so fed up. I am not sure what to do, aside from making complaints to the BBB. They're probably in on it, though.

    Well my dear mom has been getting these calls for some time now . I took one of these calls from Card services this afternoon , here is how it played out : call-recorded message-press 1-got a person-asked him to bear with me cause I was in the middle of something-told him I was interested-then asked him who he represented-told he was with card services and that they work with visa and M.C.-asked him what name he was looking for as I have and use two legal names - He told me a male name with the first initial of my mothers name - I told him I got him and that I was working with the US Atornys General office and that we were gonna shut them down - he proceded to start yelling something at me - I hung up on him !  Now for some more interesting stuff , I did some research and found one of the heads of this scam based out of Orlando FLA. I will not identify said person here as their days may be numbered on this Earth . I have some contacts that owe some faviors and well maybe this is the only way for this to be stoped , watch the news from out of the Orlando FLA. area it is about to get very interesting indeed ! For everyone else string them along as long as you can but never give them any Info. it will at least let you have some satisfaction as they will not get a thing from you . Also Bank of America is doing this as well and they are sanctioned by the government to steal from us so if you do any business with BoA pull out A.S.A.P. and good hunting !

    PISSED OFF!
    I'm in Orlando and would be more than happy to go throw a brick through their auto-dialer.  I get about 3-4 phone calls a day from the scum bags.  Same crap, once I start asking what card they're calling from, they hang up.  Tried being nice, tried being mean, I'm DONE with it.

    Justice, post the address where they are and I'll drive over there tomorrow.  I'm tired of this crap.

    To: Pissed off ,
    There is a better way to do this than to get your hands dirty . If you have the ability to do it , If you have a credit card that you no longer use and you do not owe any money on , call the fraud number and report suspicious activity on it , and have a hold placed on the card (after making a small purchase of say $10.00 from a merchant that you may know has no cameras) then when they call you agree to their service and give them all the card info . When they attempt to take any money from the card they will get burned and then prosecuted for unauthorized withdraw of money and electronic device fraud . I can not post here who they are as I do not want to be in trouble for issuing any threats either real or implied . If you are comfortable working with law enforcement you may want to approach the F.B.I. in the USA or Interpol in Europe they may be willing to work with you and that would reduce the chances of liability's on your part . There are ways to out con the con artist but protect yourself while doing it , my suggestion to be done on your own is also illegal so think it out first , and good luck ! Sorry I can't give you the info you want but I'm also working on this problem and they will go down eventually , I will tell you they are fronted as two legitimate Co.s but do have F ratings with the BBB in central FLA. if that helps at all good if not sorry !

    Got an unsolicited robo-call asking me if I wanted to lower my rates -- pressed 1, and got transferred to an agent who claimed to work for "Account Services ACC".  When pressed, they wouldn't give me any more information.

    The call came up with this number: (347) 260-1495.  When I call the number it says: "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time."

    I have received dozens of these calls over the past several months as well, all with the same results, getting hung up on as soon as you say anything negative. I reported the numbers to the FCC based upon my number being on the Do Not Call list. Here is a snippet from their response:

    ===============================================================
    Thank you for contacting the FCC regarding possible violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and the Commission’s telemarketing and junk fax rules… Although the Commission does not resolve individual complaints, each complaint is individually analyzed and assists us in enforcement actions to protect consumers like yourself. You should be aware that the TCPA also provides for enforcement of the telemarketing and junk fax rules by state attorneys general and by individual consumers. With respect to the latter, the TCPA permits individuals who have received certain unlawful telemarketing, such as junk faxes or telemarketing calls, to sue the violator in state courts where they may be awarded up to $1500 for each violation…
    ===============================================================

    So it seems that enough of us are getting these calls to warrant a MAJOR class action law suit. I am working on championing the suit and finding an attorney to file it. Is anyone out there interested in joining on? If so, please email me at anthony@abate.net and I will add you to the list. The more we get the better.

    Now, I certainly understand that some of you may feel that this is a scam itself trying to collect email addresses… I assure you it is not, I am a victim as well and just want to punish the people making these calls. I have no interest in spamming your email, and I provided my own personal email in good faith. However, if you are worried about that, use a free disposable gmail address instead of your real one, and the only information I initially need is your first name, an email to contact you back, and your willingness to join on so I can show the atorney the size of the class for the suit.

      Strange.

      AZ Corporations doesn't appear to show any "Key One Solutions, Inc." or anything even similar.

      You might check Maricopa Co. DBA filings.

      File FTC, police, and AG complaints for fraud and theft, and get a copy to back up your bank fraud dispute.

      Also forward all information to FTC.

    I continue to get phone calls from Account Services despite attempts to stop it by speaking with a "live person" or pressing a number to discontinue the calls.  What can I do next?

    Wow, name calling from an obvious employee of this disreputable company. I have received several calls from "Account Services", and as with everyone else if you question anything they do they hang up.
    Someday maybe someone in law enforcement will take action and we as citizens will not be harrassed by these criminals. And make no mistake they are criminals.

    i received a call from these unrelenting [***].  i said no to the salesman and he got very angry.  i stated that his anger was a red flag that they were shady and he kept slamming me for having debt.  i said no again and again.  i said that i wanted to check them out with the BBB and he stated that they were not rated, because they were a part of visa and MC.  ha ha.  he then transferred me to the declined department.

    another [***] tried to convince me that they were legit.  i did not buy into it.  i said no and i said i was declining the offer.  he went on for 10 more minutes and i finally said i am hanging up.  it worries me that they have my credit card info, though.  where the hell did they get in from in the first place???

    i checked my cards today (a few days later) and they have not charged my cards.  i am still worried that they will in the future.

    Where is the Federal Trade Comission?  What are our taxes being used for?  Why bother filing complaints with the FTC or the FCC, nothing ever happens.  I would like to see some stories on this forum about resolution and someone going to jail and losing all his assets over these scams.

    how is it that the same scam has been going on at least since 2008.  isn't there anything that can be done?  my story is the same as all of them on this forum...what is the appropriate action?  is there somewhere that you can log the numbers into a database?
