I did not make a call that would have to make me pay something i got a call and it asked me if i wanted to accpet it and i said no so why are you billing me
I keep getting phone calls from these guys. They won't identify who they are or who they are collecting for. I am going to take them to the Attorney General's office for action.

If you email service@qtbill.com they will be able to help you with this. qtbill.com bills for many merchants.
I do not want to join your club or orgaization. It was pushed onto me without my knowledge.
Your bill says I may pay on line. How am I supposed to do that with out joining your organization of which I know nothing about and I do not want to join or be apart of in anyway. ....online provisions to pay: Where?
I can pay this now....and will as you demand: PAYMENT DUE BEFORE: 08-05-2008. OK SO HOW now?

If they are attemting to collect for something that you did not agree to buy, then file a complaint with FTC, and your state AG.
Don't mess around and give them the opportunity to turn some telemarketer's attempt at defrauding you into a fraudulent collection account. "Membership clubs" are scams. Signing you up for one without your permission is fraud. Assisting shady companies that engage in such fraudulent activity is aiding and abetting fraud.
File complaints on ALL ATTEMPTS AT FRAUD. NO TOLERANCE.

The bill you agreed to pay was for a phone call. This was not pushed on you. You had pressed one on your phone to accept the charges. You did not join anything you gave us your personal information such as your zip code, last 4 of your Social to sign up for and agree to pay for this phone call. If you have any further questions like who called you please email service@qtbill.com.

I agree with this advise normally. But as you can tell the person you are giving advise to need signed up and agreed to pay for a phone service. But your advise is good for someone that is doing a scam. But in this case not so.

Virgina you became involved when you set up your account with us. You accepted a call and entered your personal information. The phone number that called you was 724-663-99XX on July 15th. If you would like to know the rest of the number please email service. We also have allot more information that should help you recall setting up your account as well as the event you charged.

That might be good advise for some consumers who are being taken advantage of. However in this case she set up a account where she entered her personal information and we confirmed that it was her. Then she agreed to pay us.

i am receiving calls from qtbill.com. i have never heard of them before. i have never applied for an account with them. they access that i owe them for a call but i do not know about a call and cannot obtain a total. it is for a three minute call. are these people on the level. i am tired of talking to recordings.
