I continually receive phone calls from Credit Card Services. On this recorded call you are told that you can press the number 3 on your phone and your phone number will be removed. When you press 3 you are immediately disconnected. If you ask to speak to a representative, when you try to tell them that you do not want them to call you, you are disconnected before you can even finish your statement.
To try and resolve this, I called their phone number 1-877-999-3872. When I received an automated answer, the asked for my account number. I waited and I received a message if I need to report a stolen or lost card I should press 1. When I pressed one I was asked to enter my account number or if I didn't know the number, press "0". After doing this a person answered the line and asked me for my name. I told her that I was not calling to report a stolen card, that I was going to call every day, like they call me! She put me through to another person who said that she would remove my number. I told her that I would see and that if I still received calls that I would call over and over again.
If everyone would do this, it would disrupt their business so much that it may cause some type of results.

    I was taken by the same company ADW CAM, when we called back they only have the recording of what they said, not what I said. Everttime I cal just ed up leaving my name and number, and they say they will call me back , I have not heard anythng from them. I will be takin the next step. I will get some kind of justesI

    It doesnt seem to do any good what so ever. No matter what you do, the calls just keep coming. National do not call list doesnt stop it. They change the number about every week. Doesnt do any good if you just let the phone ring. It will happen again in a few hours or days. I have read many, many reports about Card Member Services. Same thing, just a report from a different person. Doesnt do any good to talk to anyone at these numbers. They either hang up on you or say they will take your number off their records. Doesnt stop the calls, they just keep coming. I have been dealing with this for about 4 years now. FCC, FBI, no one is doing anything about it. Doesnt do any good to try to contact any company here like Ambrosia or whoever.
    It would seem to me that if all the calls are originating out of Mesa, AZ, someone would have the insight to go straight to the source there and close them down. But NO!! We all have to keep enduring this BS.

    I dont even have a credit card. I use an ATM credit/Debit card.
    I also find it hard to believe that after all the talk for the last 10 years about not giving out SS numbers and Credit Card numbers that people may still be doing that. Must be some really dumb people out there.

    Maybe when I die I wont have to endure this anymore.
