Can't get my Refund

I received a Final Notice from Tualatin, OR. telling I have an Immediate Opportunity to work as an Government Insurance refund Processor starting at 38,943.00 per year DOE. 69.00 USD and a 10.00 USD for S&H. Plus I got ripped off by www.MySmarttools.net for 99.00 USD. A scam-er by the name of Emily
did all my processing and took my 99.00 USD, and I told her I was a Disabled Veteran and she ripped me off anyway. Her personal # is 971-252-1335. I can't afford this loss, we are really going through hard times right now.

    Iam trying to succeed in this business. I have mailed out about 20 letters or contracts so for, and three have come back. I am waiting for my first customer. I will be glad when  people search comes in effect again and hopefully the addresses of the clients will be current and business will start running.I have not expirence People Search yet.I shall keep positive about my venture.With God and Time I shall succeed.

    all im going to say that it sounds good until you do research.these people are cold blooded they ripping everybody off even the handicapp.i pray that who ever read this pass it down to the next person please no one want to start their new years off right.

    Here we go again! At this time of year, when tax refunds are due to be paid out. For the last 6 to 9 years I have had "opportunities" like this come my way. I feel like such a sucker! Every year I say to myself that I will say, "No" but it always looks so good and sucks me in. I received the "Final Notice" postcard, too. They SEEMED legit. Someone put it perfectly when they said, "You send others these postcards and if they pay their membership dues you get commission and break even". Sounds familiar, like other programs that prey on people in need of money. I spent the $3.91
    for the package. If it turns out to be a scam I will have my bank do a charge back (fraud dept.)even for that small amount; I hate being ripped off. I would imagine the money owed to me should come from H.U.D., not the client. Contract or not, enforcing it, especially out of state is next to impossible.I have 15 days to look it over.....
