Same complaint here n then had to wait forever for credit back from my bank......this is just wrong to do to people.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
Do NOT trust any cancellation or refund promises, as such scams will say anything to delay you past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute periods during which your bank can just yank back their stolen money. Dispute with your bank, and follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.
Do NOT use checking accounts, debit cards, or check cards for any payments to anyone you do not know and trust. Limit their use to payments to trusted creditors such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc. Use only credit cards for retail or online payments, as the fraud protections are stronger and it is less disruptive to block credit card numbers when fraud occurs.

I also requested a trial offer now I have received an automatic shipment. I talked with co. said I should have notified them in 18 days to stop shipment. This info is on web page per employee but I ordered over the phone. She said to ship back and they will credit my card, may take up to 2 weeks.

Cancelled my order today. Was treated poliitely By rep. "Peach".Had to disc. use of any joint meds. because of planned knee surgery. Was told I should expect a prompt e-mail receipt of cancellation and any further chgs. However , was astonished by the sudden offers made to me toaccept subsequent shipments @49.99 +s.&h. per month. When I declined this offer I was offered the v.i.p. rate of $29.99 + S.&H. per month. Shame on You!!Seems the early worm gets screwed !

same thing happened to me hopefully i can get some of my money back the people that work ther lie and say i never called to cancel and keep charging me for product had to tell credit card to not let them charge on my card or will not pay.
